Kanye West’s Italy concert was cancelled

Most recently, Ye and Travis Scott’s Italy concert was cancelled. Their show was cancelled amid public order and security concerns. The duo's event was scheduled to take place at Reggio Emilia.

Even though the rapper is popular, his past antisemitic actions still have an impact today. People online are skeptical about his apology for what he did and said before. Earlier, in April this year, the PM of the UK, Keir Starmer, banned the entry of Kanye West. The rapper was set to headline the country's Wireless Festival, but soon the music event was cancelled, and he was banned in the UK. In his X post, he wrote:

“Kanye West should never have been invited to headline Wireless. This government stands firmly with the Jewish community, and we will not stop in our fight to confront and defeat the poison of antisemitism.”

Following the UK, Ye was also banned by Italy, France, and Poland.
