A newly discovered video of reality TV personality Tom Sandoval allegedly shoving his ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson's father, Will Robinson, into a blazing fire pit has gone viral online, just days after the couple became entangled in a legal battle. The video depicts a June 3 altercation that is at the center of Sandoval's petition for domestic violence restraining orders against both Victoria and her father.

While the video appears to show some of the confrontation, both parties have provided starkly different stories of what occurred that night.

What is Victoria Robinson accused of?

According to court records obtained by numerous sources, Tom Sandoval accused Robinson of verbally and physically assaulting him both during their relationship and during the June 3 incident. He claims that after the couple got home from a night out, Robinson punched him in the face with enough power to distort his vision, causing injuries to his neck, ear, and temple.

Sandoval also alleged that Robinson abused him multiple times during their relationship, alleging her of punching him, struck his neck, threw a full Gatorade bottle at him, and verbally criticizing him by calling him an "idiot," "moron," and "loser."

He further claimed that she accessed his phone and social media accounts without authorization, tracked him with an AirTag, “spreading falsities” about Tom, and “deleted evidence of her abuse on my phone.”

The Vanderpump Rules alum also claimed that Robinson's father was physically involved in the June 3 brawl. According to his filing, Will Robinson grabbed him and then smashed a massive hole through a bedroom door after Sandoval locked himself inside and threatened him.

Tom Sandoval stated that the encounter made him scared for his safety, prompting him to seek restraining orders against both father and child.

Robinson was taken into custody on June 3 on suspicion of intimate partner violence after the incident and was later released on bond. A hearing on the restraining order request has been scheduled for July 16.

Tom Sandoval and Will Robinson giving different accounts of the June 3 altercation

Tom Sandoval appears to be arguing with Victoria in video footage obtained by TMZ before moving near her after realizing she was recording him. Will Robinson steps in, grabbing Sandoval about the waist and throwing him aside as Sandoval appears to try to grab her phone.

Sandoval then appears to push Will backwards, sending him into a burning fire pit after he fell on Victoria first. Will swiftly jumps back up and follows Tom Sandoval into the house, leaving Victoria outside on the floor.

Will Robinson, however, questioned Sandoval's account of events. He claims he acted just when Sandoval allegedly overpowered his daughter by twisting her arm and attempting to steal her phone. He said:

"The DA did not file the case for a reason. I lifted Tom off of my daughter because he was overpowering and twisting her arm and trying to take her phone aggressively after yelling at us in a very aggressive and threatening manner."

Will also claimed that being forced into the fire pit resulted in injuries that needed medical care, and that it was not Sandoval, but him, who contacted the police because he was concerned for their safety. He added:

"This is my daughter's home and we just want Tom as far away from us as possible and to keep his lies and drunken abuse away."

Tom Sandoval has yet to respond to Will's claims.

The matter is now expected to proceed in court.
