When did Meghan King and Jim Edmonds divorce? Actress claims her ex-husband harassed her through s*x workers

The Real Housewives of Orange County alum, Meghan King, has revealed that her ex-husband, Jim Edmonds, had allegedly leaked her cell phone number to s*x workers to harass her years ago. This has come up after she made a report to the police recently, after receiving harassing phone threats from an unknown person. She had reported in September 2025 that someone was consistently calling her and threatening to hurt her and her kids over the course of two months.

However, Jim's representatives have denied any of these claims. She had suspected him and mentioned it to the police, as Meghan claimed, Edmonds distributed her number in numerous places a few years ago with instructions to harass her. According to the report:

"After an overwhelming wave of phone calls and texts, she received a text from a number not known to her, which included a photo of the text sent by [Jim] containing instructions to harass her.”

The police department added to that in response to the investigation:

"Due to the nature of the threats, a department-wide email was sent requesting a close patrol of [Meghan’s] residence.”

While Jim’s rep, Steve Honig, told TMZ:

“This is the first anyone is hearing of this, and it’s absurd. Jim is spending his time in Tennessee raising his kids and doesn’t have time for such nonsense.”

Meghan King and the former MLB star were married for five years before calling it quits in 2019. Their divorce went through in 2019. The pair shared a daughter and twins, Aspen, Hart, and Hayes, respectively.

Tensions between the two have been brewing since last year. In a police bodycam footage released last year, Meghan King can be seen calling her ex-husband "emotionally abusive” during a confrontation on May 1.

According to reports, Jim's new wife, Kortnie, had called 911 after claiming the reality star had allegedly entered their residence. She had claimed in the report that Meghan King had been “to the residence several times throughout the day and was currently on scene causing a disturbance.” A representative told People Magazine:

“As usual, Meghan is telling tales. Her and Jim barely communicate, so if someone is emotionally abusing her it’s not Jim. And she is not getting full custody; Jim is an active and present father to all his children. The unfortunate part of all this is that it’s the kids who suffer the most. Jim has always been willing to co-parent in a respectful and productive way however Meghan has yet to reciprocate. Jim has a long history of consistently making decisions and acting in a way that is best for his kids.”

However, according to Meghan King, she had already informed Jim she would be dropping by to drop off clothes for her daughter, Aspen. The report read:

"Meghan advised she had contacted her ex-husband, Jim Edmonds, earlier in the day to arrange the clothing drop off. Meghan contacted Jim’s current wife, Kortnie Edmonds.”

And though Kortnie had planned to press charges earlier, she had later dropped the notion.
