Fox News host Abby Hornacek gets slammed by wrestler at the Saturday’s Fox & Friends segment.

While covering a wrestling event in Florida, Abby Hornacek got suplexed by American wrestler Blades, which is her signature move. In her X post, she wrote,
"Got suplexed by an Olympian today. So that was cool.”
Along with a 15 second video of the incident that is taking place at the Real American Freestyle. In the video, the RAF women’s middleweight champion picked up Abby, who was dressed to the nines, and flipped and toppled her on the mat.
Hornacek laughed, brushed it off and said,
"I don’t think I could be a wrestler. I know that looked worse than it was, but that was a lot of fun."
Following that, she explained,
"I think I’m gonna stay off the mat from now on," adding how the move felt like being "thrown off of a skyscraper.”
The video since then has gone viral, as fans and viewers commended Abby Hornacek for her work ethic and commitment, even though she had revealed that she felt nervouse beforehand.
One user commented,
"I spit out my coffee watching that- unbelievable! The most impressive moment ever on"
While another said,
"You are a great sport. Most people wouldn’t want to be suplexed, not even wrestlers."
Kennedy Blades, who won a silver medal in freestyle wrestling at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games as well as a bronze medal at the 2025 World Championships for wrestling, is set to battle Milana Dudieva at the event. The Real American Freestyle will be airing on Fox Nation tonight.
