Andrew Form, known for producing A Quiet Place, Friday the 13th, The Purge, and others, has made multiple headlines recently after his split from Alexandra Daddario.

The couple had been married for three years and had a child together. TMZ cited New York court records and shared that Daddario filed for divorce from Andrew on Friday.

A representative for Alexandra Daddario confirmed to People Magazine in a statement.

"Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form have made the decision to end their marriage," the representative said.

The statement continued.

"The decision was made with love and respect. They will continue to co-parent their child together and appreciate privacy as they navigate this transition," the representative added.

Andrew Form, who got his start in the film industry as a production assistant to producer Jerry Bruckheimer, tied the knot in June 2022. As per a report shared by People Magazine, the two share a 15-month-old son. Alexandra Daddario was also stepmom to Form's two kids, Rowan and Julian, whom he shares with his ex-wife Jordana Brewster.

Alexandra Daddario talked to Vogue back in 2022. She recounted how she and Andrew Form first met during the COVID-19 lockdown. They both had gone on strolls in New York City.

"I was waiting for my co-op to approve me so I was sleeping on an acquaintance's couch and would take frequent walks," Alexandra said.

She explained how they crossed paths.

"He was also on a walk, and we passed each other downtown. He turned back and said 'hi' just as I was turning around to glance back at him. I laughed and said 'hi,' and then we both laughed about how we were the only two people on what is normally an incredibly busy street, and he asked if he could take me to dinner," Alexandra shared.

Andrew had to catch his connecting flight the next morning. He explained that if she wanted to get dinner, he would be back in town in a couple of weeks.

"I said 'okay' against my better judgment. Nowadays, you're supposed to meet people on dating apps!" Alexandra joked.

Andrew flew back to New York City a few weeks later. He had a room at the Greenwich Hotel.

"It was peak COVID and because he was a guest—one of three in the whole hotel—we had our first date by the fire in their downstairs living room," Alexandra recalled.

She brought her dog to the date.

"I brought my dog, and she wandered into the kitchen at one point, and we didn't notice. Someone came out holding her and said, 'Is this your dog?'" Alexandra said.

The two got engaged in August of 2021.

"We got engaged then, but we had both agreed to marry each other one night in April 2021 after too much wine," Alexandra admitted.

She was visiting Andrew Form while he was working on Jack Ryan. They were shooting in Athens and he took her to the Four Seasons so they could be by the beach.

"He went outside, and I followed him, and he turned around and proposed, and then we walked and had a piña colada," shared Alexandra.

Daddario and Andrew Form announced that they were expecting their first child together in July 2024. As per Vogue, the outlet shared that Daddario had kept her pregnancy secret for six months.

Daddario told Vogue she was overjoyed to be pregnant, along with the announcement. She also shared that she previously experienced a pregnancy loss.

"Well, I had been pregnant. I had loss," she said.

Daddario explained why she didn't want to be too specific about the experience.

"It's long and complicated, so I don't want to be too specific. Those kinds of losses and trauma are very hard to explain unless you've been through them. I really relate to all the women who have been through those kinds of things in a way that I didn't understand fully before. It's very, very painful," she continued.

Daddario announced her and Andrew Form's son's arrival on Halloween 2024. She told People Magazine that motherhood had been wonderful in February 2025.

"I'm very lucky. He's a great baby. He's just brought so much joy and peace in my life, so I recommend it to anyone who wants a kid," she said.

Alexandra Daddario defended her acting skills after criticism:

Daddario was all over the news last year when she hit back at critics of her acting ability. As per a report shared by the Daily Mail, the star made headlines for her response.

She slammed suggestions that she was a bad actress. Daddario pointed out that she wouldn't have earned an Emmy nomination for her role in The White Lotus otherwise.

Daddario was asked to name the most outrageous rumor she had heard about herself. She told Elle Magazine what it was.

"That I'm bad actress. I'm not a bad actress. I've just done some projects that don't showcase me in the way that I should be showcased. OK?" said Daddario.

She continued and discussed the importance of directing and writing.

"Directing and the writing is everything. Sometimes I'm lit poorly, but I'm not a bad actress. I got an Emmy nomination. How do you think I did that?" she asked.
