Yolanda Hadid is getting ready to walk down the aisle again. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, who at sixty-two is mom to Gigi, Bella, and Anwar Hadid, is set to marry Randy Kendrick, as per a report shared by TMZ. Randy who is a real estate developer, popped the question earlier this month.

That being said, it wasn't long ago that Yolanda Hadid was engaged to someone else entirely. As per a report shared by Just Jared, Yolanda had previously been engaged to Joey Jingoli, a construction executive, before the two quietly called things off in January 2025.

Joey Jingoli, for his part, is the CEO of Jingoli, a fifth-generation family business working across healthcare, power, education, government, and gaming. He also founded The F.A.R.M. Team, short for Facilitating Active Recovery Mission, a nonprofit that brings young people in recovery to his family farm, Harmony Hollow, where they build connections and a sense of responsibility.

Yolanda Hadid's new fiancé is no stranger to big business. As per a report shared by TMZ, Randy Kendrick founded and runs Xebec, a national industrial logistics real estate platform, while also serving as CEO of Sandow Lakes Ranch Venture, LLC. His specialty lies in taking large industrial properties and transforming them into advanced manufacturing campuses.

That being said, Kendrick is the latest chapter in a romantic history that goes back decades for Yolanda. She was first married to real estate developer Mohamed Hadid, a relationship that lasted from 1994 to 2000 and produced three children together, Gigi, Bella, and Anwar. Years later, Yolanda walked down the aisle a second time, wedding music producer David Foster in 2011. That marriage played out publicly on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills before the couple went their separate ways in 2017.

In between Foster and Kendrick came Joey Jingoli, the construction executive she got engaged to and spent six years with before their split quietly came in January 2025.

Long before their engagement quietly ended in January 2025, Yolanda Hadid was openly candid about how she and Joey Jingoli found each other. In an interview with People back in 2018, she revealed that their first meeting happened at her family farm in Pennsylvania, and the circumstances were nothing short of serendipitous.

"I made a love spiral and wrote down exactly everything that was important to me in a man and he magically just rang the doorbell at the farm," she shared.

Yolanda Hadid also opened up about what bonded the two of them so deeply from the start, pointing to a shared understanding of mortality that most couples never have to reckon with.

"When you meet somebody that thought he was going to die, like I felt I was gonna die, you have a whole new appreciation for life and you kind of share that, so that's really already a common bond that we have. To live in the moment, enjoy every day, and not wait. Why take it slow? Let's just go for it and have a great time," she explained.

Their relationship hit a public milestone in October 2019, when Yolanda and Jingoli stepped onto the red carpet together for the first time at the Global Lyme Alliance's Annual Gala in New York City. Yolanda, who has been outspoken about her own battle with Lyme disease, was co-chairing the event. She told People at the gala that

"It's such a blessing to find someone so perfect for me in this time of my life."

By January 2021, Yolanda marked their two-year anniversary with a series of photos on Instagram, writing

"All my life I prayed for someone like you!! Happy 2 year anniversary Joey Jingoli, I love and appreciate you."

As per a report shared by People, a source spoke about their seperation back then.

"They remain friends and have nothing but fond memories of their time together."
