Matthew Rutler and his fiancée have made headlines recently. As per a report shared by InStyle, Rutler and Christina Aguilera stepped out together on July 19 for a party marking the 2026 FIFA World Cup final in New York City. It was their first public outing in three months.

Christina Aguilera, who is currently forty-five years old, turned heads in a black Vaquera polo top, a white bubble micro miniskirt, knee-high leather boots and oversized shield sunglasses, her platinum blonde hair worn straight. Rutler opted for something low-key, a black T-shirt, gray jeans and high-top sneakers.

Aguilera and Rutler have been engaged since 2014, the year their daughter Summer was born. She also has a son, Max, with her ex-husband Jordan Bratman, a music executive. For that occasion, Aguilera debuted a blunt chin-grazing bob, pairing it with a black off-the-shoulder gown. The leather corseted number came with a fully sheer floor-length skirt.

Aguilera revived her Burlesque-era curls for the latest installment of InStyle's viral series, The Boss, debuting waist-length ringlets while promoting her partnership with hair care brand Nexxus. As the face of the brand's Keraphix collection, she modeled a slinky satin dress with cutouts running along both sides from her ribcage down to her hips.

The cowl-neck design featured additional cutouts along the skirt, creating several slits throughout. She finished the look with clear chunky bangles and multiple sets of earrings. Behind the scenes, her longtime stylist Chris Horan put it all together.
