The thirty-four-year-old son of Alexia Nepola took to Instagram on August 21 to publicly reach out to the family of Kroy "KJ" Biermann Jr., who had been arrested earlier this week on aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual assault charges in Alpharetta, Georgia. Things turned physical at their shared apartment. The arrest report said Rosello"placed his hand around her neck and pushed her backwards."She tried to remove his hand. The report then noted he "proceeded to knee the victim in her crotch area, causing her to fall down to the ground," kicking her once more while she was already down. When she attempted to leave, the report indicated Rosello pulled her back inside. A neighbor stepped in and she called the police. As per a report shared by People, the Miami-Dade States Attorney's Office dropped the battery and domestic violence charges against him in February 2022, after the unnamed victim made clear she wanted no part in the case moving forward.A closeout memorandum from the office confirmed she had also "stated she wanted the Stay Away Order dropped."Someone close to the family told People,"Happy that Peter was vindicated by the justice system and they look forward to moving on."His attorney Peter Heller put it plainly in a statement to People."After a prefile investigation of the case by the State Attorney's office, the decision was made not to file charges against Peter Alexander Rosello. There was no evidence to support allegations.
