On May 30, the late Tony Curtis’ daughter Kelly Curtis passed away. The actress and younger sister of Kelly, Jamie Curtis, announced the death of her sister via Instagram. She shared a post, informing that Kelly Curtis died at her home at the age of 69. For those unaware, Kelly was the daughter of the late American actor, Tony Curtis.Tony Curtis was born on June 3, 1925. He was an American actor who worked in the film industry for 60 years. He became very popular in the 1950s and early 1960s and acted in over 100 movies, playing many different types of roles. Tony starred in movies like Spartacus, Some Like It Hot, The Vikings, The Great Race, The Boston Strangler, and many more. In his later years, the actor made appearances in TV shows like The Persuaders!, Vegas, Shaft, Bandit, and more.Tony Curtis was married six times and had six children. With his first wife, actress Janet Leigh, he had two daughters, actresses Kelly Curtis and Jamie Lee Curtis. With his second wife, actress Christine Kaufmann, he had two children, including actress Allegra Curtis. He had two sons with his third wife, Leslie Allen, but one son passed away before him. From 1998 until he died, he was married to Jill Vandenberg, who is a horse trainer.Tony died at the age of 85 in September 2010.
