The Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, was evicted from her Royal Lodge in late 2025. She was previously married to Prince Andrew, but King Charles terminated his lease and took away his royal titles. This happened amidst former Prince Andrew’s alleged ties with Jeffrey Epstein. Although Ferguson's and the former prince's marriage ended in the late 1990s, they continued living together.
Following the eviction, there were rumors from media outlets such as Page Six that Ferguson was staying at Priscilla Presley’s house. According to an exclusive report by People Magazine published on March 27, Presley’s representative said:
“It's totally false.”
When the ex-couple was evicted from the Royal Lodge, a source close to Sarah Ferguson told Hello!:
“She has stood by him all these years but is now ready to spread her wings. She won't be moving in with him to the new house on the Sandringham Estate.”
Ferguson also had a good bond with Priscilla Presley and Elvis Presley’s daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, who died in 2023. As per the Page Six report, an insider shared:
“Everyone’s telling her that now’s not a good time. A lot of people actually really like her, but being associated with anyone associated with Epstein just isn’t wise right now.”
According to the People Magazine report, Sarah Ferguson has not been seen much in public since December 2025. In October 2025, a source claimed that she was no longer willing to stay with her ex-husband. Regardless of what reports claimed, she didn’t seek any living space as she would like to stay independent.
Here's what Sarah Ferguson said about her cancer journey
In November 2023, Sarah Ferguson was a guest on Loose Women, where she opened up about her journey with breast cancer. Looking back, she said she did not want to go for her scans, as she thought she was completely fine because she had no symptoms. However, it was her sister from Australia who forced her to go.
She eventually went, and they caught the cancer at an early stage. Sarah Ferguson said that many women refuse to go because they are afraid of the disease. She also urged every woman not to turn away from their screening appointments. She said:
“Because I would not be sitting here if I hadn't have gone.”
She also mentioned:
“I'm very grateful to the Royal Free hospital and the NHS because they have got this extraordinary dye that they put through your arm and it can actually really detect the shadows and the shadow, it wasn't a lump. I had a shadow it was like a splat.”
Sarah Ferguson said that she clearly remembered the drive home from the hospital after learning about her condition. She shared that she felt very scared and started worrying about needing surgery and not being able to watch her grandchildren grow up.
