On November 4, 2026, Hasan Piker responded to Laura Loomer after she claimed Democrats planned to jail people who refused their agenda. The exchange happened on X while early midterm numbers showed Democrats doing well. Laura Loomer quoted one of Piker's posts and treated it like proof of a crackdown. He answered her a little while later.

Piker's earlier message quoted Matt Van Swol, who had called the results a “Blue tsunami” and said the outcome looked horrifying. Piker wrote:

"WE'RE GONNA PUT YOUR A** IN JAIL EVERYONE GET MORE WOKE RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Laura Loomer then shared that message and stated:

"Hasan Piker already saying democrats are going to jail everyone who doesn’t go along with their communist agenda."

Hasan Piker replied with:

"YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL JIGSAW (for being criminally ugly)"

He has used the "Jigsaw" nickname on her before.

Hasan Piker and Laura Loomer's longstanding public disputes

The two have gone at each other off and on for months over speech, old clips, and who hangs out with whom. In August 2026, Laura Loomer dug up older footage of Hasan Piker talking about landlords and property owners in violent terms and asked why nothing had happened to him.

He answered that constitutional protections still exist and called her a "nasty a** loser." As reported by Mediaite around that same stretch, they also traded shots after Loomer used derogatory language about Black lawmakers, and Piker joined in on the criticism. The Daily Beast later wrote about a CNN panel that looked at whether Republicans held Loomer to a different standard than Democrats held Piker.

More recently, Hasan Piker has drawn notice for campaign stops. According to Fox News, he appeared at a Minneapolis event with Representative Ilhan Omar in late October and mocked injuries that ICE agents sustained during an operation, which drew a response from Department of Homeland Security officials.

A DHS spokesperson responded to Piker’s comments in a statement, saying the "vilification" of ICE agents who "put their lives on the line" every day to enforce the law is contributing to a more than 1,600% increase in assaults against them.

The spokesperson wrote:

"They should be thanking our law enforcement for removing these dangerous criminals from Minnesota—NOT vilifying law enforcement. While these people smear ICE, law enforcement is arresting criminals and saving countless American lives."

The spokesperson also said ICE agents do not target individuals based on skin color, that they follow required steps to determine immigration status before making arrests, and that:

"Politicians and activists must turn the temperature down and tone down their rhetoric."

Fox News also noted that his visibility among progressive candidates has turned into a talking point inside the Democratic Party heading into the midterms.
