Donald Trump reportedly bragged that he answered one of the questions on his cognitive test correctly during a campaign rally in Bullhead City, Arizona, on October 14, 2026. According to CNN, the president pointed to the crowd and said,

"They give you five words. Oh, they mock me for this. 'Oh, anybody—' They can't do it. Nobody up there can do any of these things."

The president said he quickly solved tough questions and recalled word patterns to prove he has a sharp mind. As per USA Today, Trump said that on election night, Arizona would show that America didn't belong to people who hated it but to those who truly loved it.

In the rally, the president also described Arizona's governor, Katie Hobbs, as a person with low intelligence. He explained that during every physical examination, he also took a mental test and claimed he had always passed it perfectly.

Arizona rally drama: Donald Trump opened up about one of his cognitive test achievements

During a campaign rally in Arizona, Donald Trump spoke about taking a cognitive test during a physical examination and proudly claimed that he had answered the questions correctly. He recalled that Katie Hobbs had not passed the cognitive test.

The president said that he always took the tests and got every answer correct. He explained that when he first entered office, doctors often called him a brilliant person who was looking to take over the country.

The doctors often called him a dangerous dictator, unintelligent, and inexperienced, but all of their claims failed. Following the failure of their claims, Trump decided to go for a cognitive test. He said,

"Why don't I take it? It's called a cognitive test. It's a very standard test, but very tough."

Trump described the first question as very simple. The question on the test was presented as pictures showing a lion, a bear, a giraffe, and a snake, and the participants had to identify which one was the lion. Trump claimed that Joe Biden couldn't answer that.

Donald Trump also explained another part of the test where examiners gave five words to remember. He recalled being asked to repeat the words hat, hair, logo, white, and black. He said he repeated them correctly and even in the same order, which helped him earn extra points.

Trump called himself a freaking genius after successfully passing the test. He said,

"Very few people can do that. And very few. They say very few people can do it, but almost none can do them in order like that. But I can. You know why? Because I'm a freaking genius. That's why."

Before he claimed to be a genius, the examiners asked him to recall the same five words again. He repeated them in order again and claimed that almost nobody could do that. He criticized the press for dismissing the difficulty and insisting that very few people could recall the words in the correct order.
