Keanu Reeves is making his big-screen return with the upcoming Apple TV crime comedy film Outcome, alongside Golden Globe nominee Cameron Diaz. Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Jonah Hill is at the helm of the project, which is set for a premiere in April.

The story revolves around a Hollywood star whose life is turned upside down after his past wrongdoings come back in the form of a scandalous video clip. As confirmed by multiple sources, visionary director Martin Scorsese is also set to make an appearance in Outcome, playing the role of an agent who no longer has the capacity of producing good actors. But his days of peace do not last long when, out of the blue, his crisis lawyer, a guy named Ira Slitz, calls him up with bad news. As it turns out, Reef has become the victim of extortion as scandalous video footage of him has surfaced, and the damaged actor is now being blackmailed.

The film is about Reef's struggle to bury the ghosts of his past, but for good. His redemption needs amends, so Reef must go back to his acting days to dig who's behind all the chaos and do right by them.

John Wick icon Keanu Reeves will lead the cast of the upcoming crime comedy film Outcome alongside Golden Globe winner Matt Bomer. Reeves will play the lead role, a drained Hollywood actor named Reef Hawk whose past comes back to haunt him unexpectedly.

Bomer will play the part of Reef's best buddy as he is joined by rom-com Queen Cameron Diaz in the role of another close friend of the damaged star. BAFTA nominee Jonah Hill has been cast as Reef's lawyer, Ira Slitz, who helps the former to come out of the crisis.
