The Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters released the seventh batch of UFO files on October 23, which consists of 28 PDF files of declassified data on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP).

The seventh batch of UFO files was released with a statement from Sean Parnell, the assistant to the Secretary of War for Public Affairs and Chief Pentagon Spokesman:

"Today, the Department of War is publishing the seventh release of declassified and historical Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) files as part of the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters (PURSUE)...the Department will release additional files on a rolling basis."

The main highlight in the latest batch of files is the sighting of an "unidentified craft" of "black triangular shape." Multiple federal law enforcement and defense observers reported seeing an unidentified UAP near a secure US facility in 2026.

Another report details fascinating sightings on a Utah ranch, which even led to some DNA testing that yielded shocking results.

Here are some key highlights from the latest reports.

Key highlights from the seventh UFO files

An unidentified black triangular craft

The seventh batch of UFO files consists of a document titled 'DOW-UAP-D176, Triangular UAP AARO Memorandum for Record, 2026,' which details an "unidentified craft" spotted by federal law enforcement agents. The report details that the craft was a 'matte black triangular shape' with a 13-15-foot wingspan, a 6-9-foot fuselage length and a 1-2-foot vertical thickness.

The craft showed no heat source, made no sound and vertically climbed to an altitude of 200-300 feet before descending into a canyon at fighter-jet speed.

Another signed statement given to the FBI by the agents, included in the UFO files, revealed that the agents were alerted to the craft's presence by a third agent. This is how the agents narrated the craft's initial viewing in their statement:

"We initiated a visual survey of the western horizon and almost immediately observed a substantial, nonreflective, dark black triangular object most resembling a delta wing drone."

Alleged paranormal activity in Utah

Another declassified report in the UFO files provides details about the US government’s investigation into Skinwalker Ranch in Utah. According to the files, the Defense Intelligence Agency contacted research company Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies under the $22 million Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP) to conduct an investigation at Skinwalker Ranch in 2010, which saw shocking results.

The report details an encounter narrated by one of the ranchers, in which the rancher's dog allegedly chased a large, unidentified creature through a barbed-wire fence. The dog-like creatures, running on two legs, were linked to Skinwalkers, who are creatures from Navajo folklore with the ability to transform into animals.

Here's how the UFO files reported the experiences of the ranchers and the people who spotted the alleged creatures:

"Witnesses have reported unidentified balls of light at close range, daytime sightings of "dog-like" creatures running on two legs, unnatural animalistic howling/screaming, "little people," prehistoric-like birds and a maggot which measured about 8-feet long and 2 to 3-feet in diameter."

The report also stated that the scope of the investigation was to interview new witnesses and collect evidence of the mysterious sightings. Fortunately, the investigation proved fruitful as four DNA and hair samples were collected from the barbed wire. The results from the DNA sequencing were rather mundane. Three of the four samples collected from the wire were dog hair and the fourth belonged to a raccoon.

Another aim of the investigation, as listed in the UFO files, was to establish transgenic plants as 'biosensors' for magnetic fields. Another unconventional approach proposed was to use games and puzzles to communicate with the alleged anomalous creature.
