Shanghai Expo display hints leaked Avengers: Doomsday images might be real after all

The Shanghai Expo has given Marvel fans their first official preview of Avengers: Doomsday and it could be a hints that the recent online image leaks might be correct. Marvel Studios presents detailed physical models of important scenes from the film on a large promotional iron stage.

The Expo images reveal Doctor Doom's tall white throne and the interior of the mutant X-Mansion. Disney also released the first official synopsis for the film and confirmed the appearance of Doctor Doom as the master of advanced science and strong magic in the multiverse.

A pristine recreation of Charles Xavier's study has been built on the stage. It includes a brushed-steel "X" emblem mounted above a working fireplace, walls filled with antique books, and a chrome wheelchair. The entire set indicates that the mutants are ready to play a central role in the story.

The headquarters in the leaked Avengers: Doomsday image looks similar to the old Avengers Compound, having a curved low-rise building with the "A" logo on its side. This suggests the compound may have been rebuilt after Endgame and could appear in Avengers: Doomsday.
