Clavicular was recently at a venue associated with E11EVEN Miami for a Swim Week event spectating stream. However, he ended the stream just an hour after it started, stating:

"Well guys we were gonna spectate one of the Swim Week events at one of the restaurants but, I guess I forgot its associated with E11EVEN, who hasn't been exactly respectful. So I don't want to into any venues connected until they go out of their way to make things right. We'll definitely wait for an apology before we do any events like that. So thank you guys so much."

Subsequently, Clavicular posted a message on his official X page and referenced a 2020 article by AVN on a lawsuit filed that year against E11EVEN Miami for allegedly classifying around 500 exotic dancers and entertainers as independent contractors and denied minimum wages and overtime pay.. He stated in the X post:

"I love the great city of Miami and am proud to be doing business here, I won't have anything to do with venues who show nothing but disrespect. I encourage all local business owners to treat your employees with respect, your business couldn't operate without their hard work!!"

Clavicular's posts and references to the 2020 lawsuit filed against E11EVEN Miami has since then generated reactions, including one by streamer HasanAbi:

"i cannot believe im saying this but clavicular is 100% right."
