Peso Pluma recently allegedly collapsed mid performance during a concert in the US. The concert was part of his ongoing tour. The singer was seen slumping, bent over at the waist, arms hanging loosely and was eventually checked up on by his fellow performer.

This has sparked concerns among fans, with some calling his alleged collapse a Fenty Fold. For those unaware, Fenty Fold is a posture of someone who is high on Fentanyl or other opiods, where they remain bent at the waist and arms hanging limply, all rigid, as per the Wildwood Recovery Addiction Treatment Center website.

Specifically, the Fenty Fold posture is primarily due to sedation and relaxation of muscles from intoxication. As per the Wildwood Recovery Addiction Treatment Center website, the fold happens due to the opiod acting on the mu opioid receptors, and causing activity in the brain to slow, as well as coordination and alertness reduction:

"Y peso pluma is doing a fenty fold on stage."

Netizens also hoped that the singer medical attention and that he was okay, while others called it out as a scary moment. Some netizens also asked how people could better support artists. One netizen reacted:

"That’s really concerning hope he gets immediate medical attention and is okay."

Another netizen stated:

"This might be one of the scariest moments we’ve seen on stage."

One commenter said:

"That’s worrying. Hope Peso Pluma is okay. Fans must be really anxious. Health always comes first; sending thoughts for a full recovery."

Another commenter questioned:

"Fame and talent don’t make someone immune to struggles with mental health or addiction. How can we better support artists before tragedy strikes?"

One reactor commented:

"I love the song with him and kali hope is ok."

There has not been any official comment on the matter from Peso Pluma or his representatives as of the writing of this article.
