Liam Neeson and Stella Stocker appeared together holding hands on the Toronto International Film Festival red carpet on September 12 while attending the premiere of Courteney Cox’s new directorial feature, Evil Genius.

According to reports, Stocker squeezed the Irish actor’s arm at one point as the actors posed for the paparazzi. The Memory star wore a black blazer over a matching T-shirt. He paired his outfit with jeans. Stocker donned a black dress with a cowl neck.

The pair has appeared together multiple times, including in the films Memory and Marlowe. They will be starring together in their upcoming film, The Mongoose, scheduled for a theatrical release on October 30, 2026.

Neeson, 74, plays the role of Ryan “Fang” Flanagan, a man wrongly accused of a crime who leads authorities on a cross-country car chase. The film stars Stocker as Helene and Marisa Tomei as Fang's ex-wife Tara.

Liam Neeson and Stella Stocker have sparked online discussions as to whether they are dating after they appeared “all smiles” during the red-carpet premiere of Evil Genius at the Toronto International Film Festival.

The 2026 dark comedy crime film stars Patricia Arquette and David Harbour, alongside Michael Chernus, Garrett Dillahunt, and Tom McCarthy.

However, neither Neeson nor Stocker has confirmed any romantic involvement. Some social media users pointed out that affectionate co-star red carpet behaviour does not always indicate dating, and others shared a different opinion.

The Taken star was married to English actress Natasha Richardson from July 1994 till her tragic demise in March 2009 from an epidural hematoma following a skiing accident in Canada. They had two sons, Micheál and Daniel.

After his wife's death, Liam Neeson dated a few people but has spent most of his life single. He reportedly dated PR executive Freya St. Johnston from 2010 to 2012. He was also linked to his Naked Gun co-star Pamela Anderson for a brief period. They reportedly dated around 2025 after filming The Naked Gun together.

Anderson opened up about her relationship with Neeson in an interview with People magazine. She said:

“If you must know, Liam and I were romantically involved for a short while, but only after we finished filming.”

Meanwhile, Liam Neeson gushed about Anderson to People magazine:

“I’m madly in love with her. She’s just terrific to work with.”
