Model and entrepreneur Alaia Baldwin Aronow is currently facing four misdemeanor charges dating back to a February 2024 altercation at a Georgia bar.Us Weekly obtained and reviewed the January 26 filing against Aronow, 33, which states that she has been charged with simple battery, simple assault, battery, and criminal trespassing.According to reports, Alaia got involved in a bar fight with employees at Club Elan in Savannah, Georgia, two years ago. She allegedly hit one victim in the groin and pulled a security guard’s hair from the scalp. She also threw a used tampon at a female bartender inside the staff bathroom after being asked to use the customer’s restroom.Alaia Baldwin Aronow was arrested at the time but later released on bail.Alaia, who is Hailey Bieber’s elder sister, is married to Hollywood filmmaker, producer, and writer Andrew Aronow.If convicted, Ms Aronow could face up to a year in jail. Later, a police report reviewed by E! Online stated:“Ms Aronow stated she was forcefully removed from the club. She initially denied forcing her way into the bathroom, only stating she needed to use the restroom to throw up and change her tampon. She initially denied throwing her used tampon, but later stated she did throw it.”The report added:“Aronow can be seen fighting and resisting the entire way outside, and the security video clearly shows Aronow grabbing and pulling the hair of one security guard and hitting another in the genitals.”At the time, Alaia Baldwin Aronow’s lawyer, Drew Findling, told the outlet that his client was in the club to celebrate a friend’s bachelorette party when things took an “unexpected turn.” Findling also mentioned that Aronow was “embarrassed and saddened” and was “proactively taking the necessary steps” to ensure that such an incident never happened again.
