According to a report in The Guardian, the document summarized a 2020 interview where Peltz described attending a dinner party arranged by Ghislaine Maxwell. A key point highlighted was that Prince Andrew, referred to as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, was “very focused” on Harlan Peltz’s girlfriend during the dinner. However, her identity has not been publicly disclosed.

This has sparked an interest in Peltz’s personal life. He was previously married to Debra Dina Harounian who was often referred to as Debra Peltz. A New York Times report stated that the couple tied the knot in June 2001. The wedding ceremony, officiated by Rabbi Mordechai Waxman, was held at the Park Avenue Synagogue in New York.
