Kara Keough has announced that her mother and former Real Housewives of Orange County star Jeana Keough has been diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue.According to her Instagram post, Kara has set up a GoFundMe to cover her mother's cancer treatment expenses, as Jeana is currently unable to work while undergoing chemotherapy. She paused, thought about it, and realized it had been nearly a year.”After a biopsy, it was confirmed that Jeana had cancer, and after a surgery to remove it, the doctors recommended a second surgery to remove the lymph nodes.
