She wrote:“We are heartbroken to share the passing of our beloved father and husband Darrell "Dash" George Crofts, who passed away March 25, 2026 at the age of 87 surrounded by the love and prayers of his devoted wife and children.”Crofts remembered her dad for his kindness, compassion and voice that uplifted hearts across the globe. Her message added:“With sorrow and gratitude we mourn a man whose loving-kindness, remarkable compassion, beautiful and tender voice uplifted hearts across the globe. He is also survived by his sister Dot Mittle and eight grandchildren. His first marriage to Billie Lee Day ended in a divorce.Crofts was the last surviving member of the Seals & Crofts as his partner, Jim Seals died in 2020. He passed away at his home in Nashville at the age of 79.
