Olive Garden which is a popular Darden Restaurants chain, has been facing backlash after the firing of an employee at its Fayetteville Georgia location. She further claimed that a manager instructed her daughter to write “0” on the tip line until it could be verified. Different managers gave her varying timelines ranging from 1 to 2 days up to 120 days.Skyes was upset by Oliver Garden’s behavior and eventually the restaurant “parted ways” with her when she returned for work. Her mother wrote in her post that the restaurant also called police as she was upset and crying.Williams concluded her statement by stating that Skyes became visibly upset after she was told that she could not receive her tip which she earned.
