Sydney Sweeney has spoken up about the realities of starting as an actor. Speaking at the New York premiere of her upcoming film The Housemaid, Sweeney shared candid advice for young performers pursuing acting. The actress told PEOPLE during the conversation,"Honestly, do it as long as you love it. You gotta love it a lot, because it is really hard, and you are going to be told 'no' more than you're gonna be told 'yes.' You have to deal with rejection, and it is a lot. So if you love it to your core, then none of that matters because ... you are getting to do what you love."Sydney Sweeney also added:"I loved auditioning, because I was getting to try out all these different characters. So I think if you are a child actor and you wanna do it, you just gotta make sure you love it."
