Nicki Minaj finally broke her silence on the midterm results, reiterating her support for Donald Trump after Republicans' sweeping defeat.

On Wednesday, the Trollz singer took to X and posted a 15-point list defending the President after Republicans' defeat in the midterms. The post, accompanied by Minaj's 10-second selfie video, started strong with a bold reminder to the critics:

"Trump is STILL your PRESIDENT."

Nicki Minaj's list defending the President certainly did not go unnoticed, and she was called out on X. An X user used a page from the singer's playbook and posted their own list, berating her:

"You are still not a U.S. Citizen...You can ST* U now. @NICKIMINAJ, you’ve never been a queen, just a TEMU @iamcardib knockoff."

Nicki Minaj defends Donald Trump after Republicans' midterm loss

Nicki Minaj, who has increasingly become vocal about her political opinions, has once again stepped into the political conversation with a lengthy social media post defending the US President after the midterms. Minaj posted a lengthy list addressing the criticism surrounding the President and pushing back against those questioning his leadership.

The list, which started by reminding critics that Trump is still the President, included points such as 'Jesus is STILL LORD,' 'Blowing a billion on a losing campaign full of celebrities is STILL hurting them,' and 'Christians are STILL being killed.'

According to Baller Alert, this is not the first time the Super Freaky Girl singer has extended her support to the President. On October 25, Minaj appeared alongside the President at a campaign rally in Port Huron, Michigan, to support Senate candidate Mike Rogers and governor candidate John James. The singer used the opportunity and said she would 'forever' back him up. While Jocelyn Benson beat James for governor, Rogers was defeated by Democrat Abdul El-Sayed for the open Senate seat.

Minaj hailed herself as the President's “No. 1 fan” when she appeared at the Treasury Department’s Trump Accounts Summit in January. The Starships singer went all in and urged young voters to support Republicans during a FOX News segment. Minaj's 15-point post on X defending the President signals that the singer remains steadfast in her support for Trump, despite Republicans suffering a sweeping defeat in the midterms.

Nicki Minaj faces online backlash over Trump defense

Nicki Minaj's ninth point on the list (I don’t vote, I VETO) is garnering attention on social media, with people questioning her decision to defend the President despite not being a US citizen. The singer, who was born in Trinidad and Tobago and moved to the US as a child, has been vocal that she cannot vote in American elections. Still, this did not stop her from rallying support for Trump, as she was spotted at a polling site in New Hampshire.

Minaj's point about not voting is prompting online backlash. Another X user commented on the singer's Trump defense:

"Shut your non voting a** up. This is between the actual Americans. It doesn’t concern you."

Another X user wrote:

"You’re out here lecturing Americans about their president and elections while proudly admitting, “I don’t vote, I veto.” Girl, veto WHAT? You don’t even have a ballot, let alone veto power. Being a celebrity doesn’t make you a constitutional authority. You said knowledge is power, so maybe start by learning how American democracy actually works before delivering another MAGA sermon."
