Following the scandal, Leah Ashe uploaded an apology video where she agreed to have crossed a line and hurt MeganPlays, with her “selfish, inconsiderate, disgusting, horrible and vile,” decision to cheat with her husband Zach.

In the video, Megan accused Ashe of wrecking her marriage and revealed that she considers her ex-husband, Zach, equally responsible for the fallout. However, MeganPlays urged her fans not to harass Ashe and Zach, particularly because her daughter spends time with her father. She asked her YouTube community not to engage (even with negative comments) with Ashe's apology video and to ''make her invisible.”

“So, I can’t even go see my therapist anymore because it’s too expensive and I can’t afford it.''
