Many General Hospital characters are playing the blame game right now, and so many others are being unfairly blamed for something. It's becoming increasingly difficult to sit back and watch those characters get verbally bashed. Here are five GH characters who have been wrongfully blamed for something.

Alexis Davis

Things got out of hand during Alexis' (Nancy Lee Grahn) conversation with her granddaughter, Scout (Kayden Brenna Tokarski). While Scout is justified in her anger toward Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) for Charlotte's plan to entrap Drew (Cameron Mathison), Scout had no right to go off on her grandmother the way she did.

All her life, Scout has known that Alexis loves her, and yet, she is doubting that now? "This doesn't feel like love," she told Alexis before she stormed out of the office. Alexis isn't the person Scout should be rebelling against. Has Scout forgotten that Drew is forbidding her from seeing all of the women in the Davis family, plus Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and all of the Quartermaines? He's been isolating her from all of her loved ones. Doesn't Scout ever ask him why? He uses the excuse that Danny is dangerous, but what excuse can he give Scout for not allowing her to see the rest of her family?

Scout told Rocco that she loves her dad, but she knows that he's a jerk. Then why is she being so disrespectful to her grandmother and defending her nasty father? Alexis has never been anything but kind and loving to Scout.

Brook Lynn Quartermaine

So many fans are tired of hearing about the aftermath of Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Jordan's (Tanisha Harper) car crash. Now that Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) has admitted she was the other driver, everyone has been verbally crucifying her for keeping quiet about it. Doesn't everyone realize that she didn't cause the crash? That was on Jordan and Curtis.

Half of the PC residents are acting downright nasty and hypocritical toward her, with Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Chase (Josh Swickard) being two of the most aggravating ones in the bunch. Trina has been keeping quiet about Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) shooting Drew. Chase tried to frame Michael (Rory Gibson) for shooting Drew. He told the Quartermaines that his marriage to Brook Lynn is private and he refuses to talk about it, and yet, he confides in Willow about his marital problems.

Brook Lynn deserves forgiveness from her husband, and so many fans can't wait until he finally learns the truth about Willow. Hopefully, he will feel like an idiot for believing in her while being so hard on Brook Lynn.

Danny Morgan

While Danny should not have beaten up Rocco (Finn Carr), Scout was out of line when she called him a thug and banished him from her life. A thug is someone who lives a criminal lifestyle and physically assaults people regularly. Thugs don't care about the pain they inflict on others. If they did, then they wouldn't be committing violent crimes for a living.

Danny doesn't go around beating people up every day. While he has been getting into trouble lately (stealing Chase's car, for example), he lashed out at Rocco because Rocco was wrong to mention Danny's mother, Sam (Kelly Monaco). Danny took it too far, of course, and shouldn't have continued punching him. Both boys are at fault to some degree, and thankfully, Rocco told Scout what he'd said about Sam. At least Scout now knows that Danny didn't punch him for no reason.

Will Scout approach Danny next week and apologize for the harsh way she treated him? Will she extend him some grace, as she did for Rocco? Let's hope so. While Danny does need more discipline in his life, he also needs a sister who doesn't turn her back on him.

Nina Reeves

Agent William Baines (Alimi Ballard) blamed Nina (Cynthia Watros) for killing Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) even though Jack's body hadn't even been discovered yet. Furthermore, the only evidence Baines had to go on was a public argument that Nina had with Jack at the Metro Court Gardens, as well as the discovery of Jack's wallet inside her car. Did he even dust the wallet for Nina's fingerprints?

Shouldn't Baines have held off on arresting her until he found Jack's body? There's no proof of a murder if there's no body. Why was he in such a big hurry to make an arrest?

Moreover, why is it taking so long for someone in PC to discover Jack's body? Considering the way Outback was sniffing and digging away at the soil in the nature preserve, we expected her to uncover the body weeks ago.

Sonny Corinthos

Sonny is likely suffering the most out of all of the people on this list, since almost everyone in PC is taking Curtis' word that Sonny ordered the beatdown at Pentonville.

Sonny fans are disappointed in Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) for not believing his own father. And now, even Sonny's loving grandson, Gio (Giovanni Mazza), doesn't believe him. Where is Kristina (Kate Mansi) when we need her? She would take Sonny's side in a heartbeat if she hadn't left PC to attend medical school. Perhaps she will call Sonny off-screen or video chat with him, and maybe we will learn about their conversation afterward.

Carly (Laura Wright) will most likely take Sonny's side, too. She and Jason (Steve Burton) know him better than anyone else in PC. Michael will hopefully believe Sonny as well. Maybe they can all help Sonny figure out that Drew ordered the beating. Why hasn't Sonny figured it out himself by now?
