1) Michael Corinthos

Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) has made an enemy of her ex-husband, Michael Corinthos (now played by Rory Gibson). While the couple is divorced, they are fighting over custody of their children. Although both have moved on with different partners, they continue to harbor ill will toward each other.

With Willow taking up the position of interim congresswoman following her husband Drew's paralysis, Michael is looking for indirect ways to ruin her. He is capitalizing on the fact that his brother-in-law and Willow's former husband, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), trusts Willow, who, in turn, is leaning on Chase. Using Chase as bait, Michael plans to expose Willow's double standards and destroy her credibility as a congresswoman.

Willow is trying to reconnect with her former husband, Chase, who is currently married to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). While Chase blindly trusts Willow, including her covert advances, the latter wants the cop back in her life as she is tired of caring for her paralyzed husband. However, she does not care if that destroys Brook Lynn's marriage.

As such, Brook Lynn has already warned Willow to stay away from her husband and wants to teach the congresswoman a lesson for trying to steal Chase from her. While BLQ's elaborate plan to have Willow accused of being the "other driver" in Jordan's (Tanisha Harper) accident may not succeed, the Quartermaine heir will likely look for other ways to bring Willow down.

3) Drew Cain

The corrupt and cutthroat Congressman, Drew Cain, fell for Willow's timid charm and became desperate to have her. From preventing her communication with Michael in the German clinic to keeping his affair with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) a secret, Drew made every shady move to keep Willow in his life. However, after learning about the affair, Willow tried to shoot Drew. Unsuccessful in her attempt, she married Drew and stabbed him with paralytic drugs, causing a stroke that left him paralyzed.

Now that Drew knows the truth about his wife after her confession, he will want to take her down to save himself. He has already taken the first step by blinking SOS to visiting cop Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett), trying to expose his wife's involvement. As soon as Drew gets the opportunity to communicate, he will seek revenge on his wife.

4) Trina Robinson

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is one of the few who learned early on that Willow shot Drew in the back. Since she and her boyfriend, Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup), were near the crime scene when the shooting happened, they stumbled onto the truth after recognizing Willow's ringtone for her son.

With Trina having freed herself from her parents' toxic friction, she can concentrate on other things. As General Hospital fans know, Willow has appointed Kai to her office to keep him close, particularly after becoming aware that he and Trina know the truth. That may mean Kai is in danger. If Willow tries to harm Kai, Trina will likely expose the congresswoman. Alternatively, Trina's strong sense of righteousness may push her to expose Willow herself.

Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) landed at Willow's house expecting her to help hide him for a few days. The mobster, who wants to take down Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) while funding the dangerous cold fusion project, fell victim to a trick played by Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) at Sonny's direction.

Caught red-handed shooting Dr. Lucas, Sidwell was arrested but later escaped. Now, he wants to stay at Willow's house in return for continuing to provide the paralytic drugs needed to keep Drew "locked in." Despite being unwilling to help the fugitive, Willow will have no choice since Sidwell knows too many of her secrets. As Sidwell warned, he will expose all of them if he goes down. This situation pulls Willow even deeper into a criminal mess, putting both her future and her children at risk.
