General Hospital’s Josslyn Jacks has proved a vital asset as a WSB agent who can take down the bad guys. However, the WSB leaves a person broken and burned out, as it did to Anna Devane and many others. Obviously, Carly Spencer wants to protect her daughter from this life, but Josslyn is as stubborn as her fiery mother and refuses to step away.

When Carly told Josslyn's father, Jax, about their daughter's escapades, he decided that he would make her CEO of his company to get her away from her crime-fighting lige. While Josslyn has refused to leave WSB and join her father’s company, she promised to help Hudson select a capable candidate for the position. However, Carly is still determined to get Josslyn away from her new life and behind a corporate desk.

5 People Who May Sway Josslyn for a Change

Recently, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) was approached by Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel), the Vice-President of Jasper Jacks Enterprises, Josslyn’s father’s company. He stated that Jax (Ingo Rademacher) named her as the CEO of the company before going off the grid while he sailed around the world. Refusing to leave the spy organization, Josslyn offered to help Hudson find another CEO and sought help from her brother, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson).

While Michael offered to help in exchange for a promise that Josslyn would try to get along with Willow, he knows that their mother, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) wants Josslyn out of WSB. As such, Michael may review the list of candidates and inform Joss that no one was as capable as her. Moreover, as a businessman himself, Michael may persuade her to step in temporarily as he would help her navigate business decisions. Instead of pushing her against the wall like Carly, Michael may use calmer tactics.

2) Jason Morgan

Josslyn values Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and his opinions. She has seen him not only as her mother’s best friend but also a strategist who gets things done. As such, she may pay attention if Jason has something to tell her about her WSB role. So far, Jason has refrained from giving her any advice although he remained worried about her safety.

If prodded by Carly, Jason may have a chat with Josslyn about her career choice. He may give examples of other WSB agents and their predicaments, including Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Furthermore, Jason may list out the positive consequences of heading JJE for Josslyn to consider.

3) Jack Brennan

Josslyn also holds her recruiter and boss, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) in high esteem. She even secretly approved of Jack’s affair with her mother. Moreover, she kept her loyalty to her boss when she learned that Carly was having an affair with Valentin and informed Jack about it in a roundabout way. Also, she was devastated when Jack moved her into a sleeper agent position and has recently inquired about her next mission.

As such, Jack could exploit Josslyn’s trust towards him. If he wants, he can motivate her to walk away from the organization and join the corporate. Moreover, as the boss, he may be able to convince her that she's more suited to the role of a CEO.

4) Anna Devane

Josslyn was not previously inclined to listen to Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) when Anna had tried to warn the newly-recruited WSB agent Josslyn. Now, Josslyn has had much experience in her job and has faced death multiple times. As an experienced and mature agent, she may look at Anna’s advice in a different way.

Since Josslyn is aware that Anna was psychologically broken by another WSB agent, deceased villain Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), she may weigh the two sides of her job more gravely. If Anna approaches her and once again stresses how the WSB changes a person, Josslyn may not dismiss the former agent. and may seriously wonder about the extent of damage it may do to her.

5) Vaughn

Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) was Josslyn’s mentor in her early days as a WSB trainee. While Vaughn trained her hard and helped her become a good agent, the two had a brief romance against the rules of the organization. Currently, after taking down Cullum and getting appreciation from Z (John Oliver), Josslyn and Vaughn are friends and colleagues of the same importance.

As a friend who knows her well, Vaughn may be able to persuade Josslyn to change her career plans. He may make her see how she can make a difference by running her father’s company and help many employees keep their jobs. He may even point out the responsibility she holds towards her father and his employees. This may make Josslyn rethink her future actions.
