While some General Hospital characters may oppose a blooming romance between Rocco (Finn Carr) and Scout (Kayden Brenna Tokarski), there are other characters who may be in favor of it. Here are five GH characters who may support the romance.
Alexis Davis

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) knows that Drew (Cameron Mathison) has been isolating Scout by not allowing her to see her family. Even though he likely won't allow her to see Rocco because he's Sonny's (Maurice Benard) grandson, Alexis may feel grateful to know that Rocco has given Scout the emotional support she so desperately needs. He is a good listener, and he always makes Scout feel like she can be herself around him. Alexis will appreciate the fact that Rocco has been a true friend to Scout during this difficult time in her life.
Alexis may view Rocco as the one bright spot in Scout's life right now, since Alexis herself hasn't been able to spend much time with Scout since Drew got out of the wheelchair. So Alexis may be glad to know that Scout has someone her own age whom she's been able to confide in.
Molly Lansing-Davis

Molly (Kristen Vaganos) may support the romance for the same reasons that Alexis may. She is Scout's aunt, and she only wants to see Scout happy. The Davis women know that Scout is still grieving for her mother, Sam (Kelly Monaco). Drew has only made things worse by preventing Scout from seeing her family.
So, Molly may feel pleased to know that Scout has grown close to Rocco and is experiencing her first crush. Molly will be glad to know that Scout feels comfortable talking to Rocco. While navigating a romance with Rocco will be challenging because of Drew's interference, Molly may feel relieved that Scout has someone in her peer group who is helping her feel less lonely. Rocco is also helping to ease the pain of Scout's grief, which Molly will appreciate.
Cody Bell

As Molly's boyfriend, Cody (Josh Kelly) knows how much Molly loves her family. If Molly is happy to see Scout in the throes of her first crush, then Cody will support the romance as well.
Furthermore, Cody can't stand Drew. Remember when Cody got drunk at The Brown Dog bar and blabbed to everyone that Drew slept with Nina (Cynthia Watros)? Cody was a scoundrel when he first arrived in Port Charles. He pulled off a scheme or two back then. Out of love for Molly, it wouldn't be surprising if he comes up with a scheme now to help Rocco and Scout — a plan that will keep Drew from interfering in their relationship.
Britt Westbourne

Because Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) stole Rocco's embryo from his biological parents, Lulu (Alexa Havins) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), she feels a bond with Rocco and has spent some time getting to know him. Rocco feels like he can confide in her, since he feels like his parents are overprotective.
While Britt would not be directly affected by a Rocco-Scout romance, she will likely be happy to hear that Rocco is experiencing his first teenage crush. She knows that he's been suffering with post-traumatic stress disorder since he shot Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) in order to prevent Cullum from killing Jason (Steve Burton). Britt will be glad to know that Rocco's bond with Scout has brought some normalcy into his life, so she may root for Rocco and Scout to thrive as a couple.
Liesl Obrecht

Liesl (Kathleen Gati) viewed Rocco as her grandson when Britt was pregnant with him. She's grown close with him over the last year, ever since he reached out and wanted to get to know her.
Even though Lulu and Dante don't want Liesl to be a part of Rocco's life, Liesl still views Rocco as her grandson. She cares about him and wants what is best for him. If she learns that he is on the verge of a romance with Scout, then she will support the relationship. She wants him to grow up to be a well-adjusted, fulfilled person. If Scout is contributing to Rocco's emotional growth, then Liesl will be pleased about the romance.
