5 General Hospital Characters Who Might Find Jack's Body

It's been a few weeks since General Hospital's Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Ava (Maura West) buried Jack Brennan's (Chris McKenna) body in the nature preserve near the Quartermaine crypts. Who will discover the body? Here are five GH characters who might find it.

Outback

Even though Outback is not a human character, she is the only GH character who is smart enough to know there is something hidden deep down in the soil of the nature preserve. It is a well-known fact that dogs have an excellent sense of scent, so maybe Outback is able to smell Jack's decomposing remains in the ground.

We've already watched her dig away a couple of times, but so far, she hasn't uncovered anything. We know she's a determined little pooch, and she won't stop until she finds something of Jack's -- perhaps his head, hand, or one of his shoes -- sticking out of the soil.

Danny Morgan

We're guessing that the person (or dog) who finds Jack's body will be someone who lives on the Quartermaine property, or someone who visits there often. Since Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) lives there, and his father, Jason (Steve Burton), forbade him from operating a motor vehicle for six months, Danny is going to be stuck spending some of that time on the Quartermaine premises.

So it's possible that while Danny is out taking a walk, he could come across the soil that Outback has unearthed so far. Danny might even spot Charlotte's (Bluesy Burke) bracelet, which slipped off when she spotted Jack's body in the Metro Court pool. Perhaps Charlotte will even be with Danny at the time he finds the bracelet, and then the two teens will finish the digging that Outback started, and that's when they will find Jack's body. If they do find it, let's hope they call the police this time!

Cody Bell

Cody lives on the Quartermaine grounds and takes care of the horses. He told Molly (Kristen Vaganos) that Serena (Kelly Kruger) caught Outback heading toward the nature preserve. Serena had to lure Outback away from the preserve with peanut butter trail mix because the area is restricted.

As Cody remarked, Outback is a rebel. "I can't curb her rebel ways," he added. That seems like foreshadowing that just maybe Cody will be there when Outback digs up Jack's body. Perhaps one day, Cody will be walking Outback and she will head to the nature preserve again. Cody will finally realize that Outback is interested in something that's buried beneath the soil. Maybe Cody will start to dig up the soil himself, and that's when he will uncover Jack's body.

Serena Baldwin

Cody told Molly that Serena has been doing some bird-watching at night on the Quartermaine property. That was when she caught Outback going to the nature preserve.

Maybe she will be out bird-watching again, and she will spot Outback headed in the direction of the preserve. Serena may wonder why Outback keeps running to that area. Maybe the next time it happens, Serena may do some digging herself, out of curiosity, and that's when she might find Jack's body.

Willow Tait

Now that Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is living in the gatehouse again, which is on the Quartermaine property, that means there is a possibility that she could discover Jack's body. That would be an interesting turn of events, since some GH fans think that she's the one who killed Jack.

While she may be his killer, though, she isn't aware that Drew and Ava buried his body in the nature preserve. Since his body was floating in the Metro Court pool, that would imply that Willow pushed him in, and he drowned. Or did something else happen to him? The mystery has yet to be solved. But somehow, it feels fitting that Willow should be the one to find Jack's body in the preserve. That way, if she really did kill him, then she would wonder how in the world it ended up there.
