General Hospital has fans holding their breaths in suspense as multiple secrets are waiting to spill out. While some truths may lead to misunderstandings, others are potent enough to rock relationships and lives. 1) Willow shot Drew in the back (twice)

Former Congressman Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) was shot in the back in the fall of 2025. Since his fiancée, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) was the prime suspect, Drew pushed attorney, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), to get "innocent" Willow exonerated. He even married Willow as she awaited trial.

In January, Willow's role as Drew's real shooter was revealed in flashbacks. By February, Willow revealed the truth to a paralyzed Drew herself. As the motive of her crime, she blamed Drew's toxic advice being the main cause for her losing her children. Moreover, she blamed him for manipulating her into ruining her family. While a handful of people already know about this, whether the public learn the truth remains to be seen.

2) Willow injected Drew with paralytic drugs

After being acquitted of shooting Drew hitched, Willow injected Drew with a paralytic drug, procured from Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). After pretending that Drew had an ischemic stroke, Willow cared for her "locked-in" husband home. She then informed the paralyzed Drew that she shot him and why.

Later, Willow tricked her mother, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), into becoming an accomplice. When a complicated situation left Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) paralyzed, Jack and a few others construed the truth. Currently, Nina has been arrested by the WSB, framed by Drew as revenge, while Willow is desperate to keep her crimes from coming out in the public.

In another shocking turn of events, Drew decided to search Jack's room to find the dirt that the WSB chief had on him. As such, Drew's ally, Ava Jerome (Maura West) spiked Jack's drink and later discovered Jack's dead body floating in the pool. Fearing that their drug was the cause behind Jack's drowning, Ava and Drew secretly buried the dead body near the Quartermaine crypt. Moreover, Drew planted Jack's wallet in Nina's car, framing her for the disappearance.

As the WSB moved in to investigate their missing agent, they arrested Nina. While the guilty duo may be worried that the body will be discovered soon, there are multiple possibilities by which this secret may be revealed. There is the dog, Outback, who keeps escaping to the dugout grave and digs the mud. Plus, Ava had a tick behind her ear that she had removed.
