5 GH Characters Who Could Pay a Price for Ava and Drew's Latest Scheme

General Hospital's Ava Jerome and Drew Cain have managed to pull off a massive scheme by paying Vito, Sonny Corinthos' former henchman, to have Jenz Sidwell beaten up inside Pentonville prison. The plan hinged on Sonny being blamed for the attack. While that happened, Sidwell's cell mate, Curtis Ashford, ended up becoming unwanted collateral damage.

This became a worry for Ava since Curtis's daughter, Trina Robinson, is like a daughter to her. Drew was just happy to have a more authentic witness against Sonny. However, this situation will likely blow up further with more unexpected damages impacting many more lives in Port Charles, other than Sonny, Curtis and Sidwell.

5 Port Charles Residents Likely to Be Impacted by the Ava-Drew Scheme on GH

1) Scout Cain

When Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) became paralyzed, Scout Cain (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) developed a soft spot for her father. After recovering from his paralysis, Drew set up strict boundaries for his daughter, including barring any interaction with her half-brother, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), and other family members and friends. While this was too restrictive for Scout, she sided with her father, realizing that others hated him. The final straw was the defamation plot planned by Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke).

However, Scout's belief that she is the only one who can see the good in her father may change soon. Recently, she overheard father and his ally, Ava Jerome (Maura West), talking to the henchman who arranged the violence inside the prison. Whether Scout overheard anything significant to suspect Drew's nefarious moves, remains to be seen. When the crime is exposed, Scout may lose the only parent she has.

2) Trina Robinson

As GH viewers witnessed, the attack inside Pentonville was targeted at Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), but his cellmate, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), got caught in the crossfire. As such, Curtis landed at the hospital with broken ribs and other injuries. This is likely to affect his daughter, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), negatively.

Trina is already going through a setback because of Brook Lynn Quartermaine's (Amanda Setton) secrets that she believes landed Curtis in prison. While she is upset about her father's conviction, she is devastated by his injuries. As such, she may push for the culprit's punishment. Whether she chooses to sever ties with her friend, Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza), if he sides with Sonny remains to be seen.

3) Jordan Ashford

Curtis's predicament will disturb his family immensely. That includes his father, his daughter and his aunt. However, it will impact his former wife and current girlfriend, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper). Jordan was shocked to learn from Curtis that Sonny ordered the attack and has vowed to get justice. She has already pushed for Sonny's girlfriend, ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor), to make a move to arrest the suspect.

As a former cop and former Deputy Mayor, Jordan is aware of how slow justice moves in Port Charles. Whether she believes her boss, Michael Corinthos's (Rory Gibson) opinion that Sonny might have been framed, or wants Sonny behind bars, remains to be seen.

4) Justine Turner

As fans know, Sonny and Justine are in a secret romance. While Sonny has quit the mob and is trying to live a clean, civilian life, Justine continues to hide their relationship since she doesn't want to risk her career over Sonny's reputation. However, Sonny recently assured Justinethat he did not mean to return to the crime world. As such, Curtis's statement against Sonny and other evidence pointing at the former mob boss has shocked Justine.

Justine has asked Sonny to look her in the eye and tell her that he wasn't involved with the attack, but will she believe him?

5) Dante Falconeri

As Sonny's son and the commissioner of the PCPD, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is disturbed by the state of affairs. Knowing Curtis as an honest witness, Dante cannot overrule the statement against Sonny. Moreover, in his heart Dante does not believe that Sonny has really walked away from crime. Dante plans to stay away from the investigation, citing conflict of interest, but he'll continue to find out the truth by questioning his father.

Moreover, Dante may fear for the safety of his sons, Rocco (Finn Carr) and Gio (Giovanni Mazza), and encourage them to stay away from their grandfather.
