1) Representing the DA's office for WSB's missing chief case

Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) has been away on a book tour for weeks, but now she is back and ready to jump into work. As the official inquiry into Jack Brennan's (Chris McKenna) disappearance unfolds, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has become the prime suspect.

While some evidence points at Nina, more people will likely be interrogated. Since Jack disappeared from Port Charles, the PCPD and the town's DA's office will likely get involved. As part of her professional role, Molly will be sucked into the investigation.

2) Controlling Alexis' retaliatory stance against Drew

When enjoying a meal with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), Molly learned how adamant and controlling Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has become over his daughter, Scout Cain (Kayden Brenna Tokarski). Alexis declared that she refused to fall in line with Drew's demands and was ready to take him head-on.

However, both Alexis and Molly realized that if they stood up against Drew and tried to contact Scout and continue bonding with her, it spelled trouble for the teenager. Drew may punish Scout for maintaining a connection with her grandmother. Since Alexis is not ready to bow down anymore, Molly may need to insert herself into the drama to manage the fallout.

As GH fans know, a few months ago, Molly underwent a medical procedure associated with her endometriosis. This taught her boyfriend, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), much about the medical issue. While he learnt and accepted the fact that Molly could never give birth to a baby, Molly realized that Cody truly loved her and accepted her.

After their out-of-town trip for her book tour, Cody and Molly have come closer. As such, Molly may revisit her options for starting a family with him. In that aspect, she may consult Lucas Jones and other doctors about other options for having a baby. Alternatively, she may consider going under the knife for an experimental procedure.

4) A possible revisit into Cody's past seduction of Ava

Recently, Cody met his half-sister, Serena Baldwin (Kelly Kruger), and enjoyed getting to know her. He shared his feelings with Molly, realizing that having a sister was a good thing. While Molly did not respond to this, she will likely be reminded of her own sister, Kristina Corinthos (Kate Mansi), who left town to attend medical school.

As they discuss their sisters, some of their past interactions will likely come up. While Molly knows that Kristina had hired Cody to seduce Ava last year, when Kristina left town, everyone got along. Perhaps Cody and Molly could bond more over their sisters.

However, Elizabeth has also been developing a friendship with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). This has left Ric jealous and insecure. When Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) advised him to take it slow, Ric tried his best to play a supportive lover, but could not shake off his apprehension. If Ric reacts like an envious lover, Molly may need to tone him down and ensure that he doesn't lose Liz again.
