The mild rift between longtime General Hospital best friends and pseudo brothers, Danny and Rocco, may be at a turning point. When Rocco shot Ross Cullum to save Jason from being clobbered by the WSB Director, he allowed Jason to take the fall for Rocco and was arrested by the WSB. A traumatized Rocco was forced to remain quiet. When Danny learned the truth, he was furious, creating a rift between the teens that may be repaired soon.
5 Situations That May Lead to a Truce Between Rocco and Danny
1) Protecting Charlotte from the Jack death fiasco

Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) discovered a dead body in the Metro Court pool. After hearing her screams, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) jumped into the pool and turned the body over to discover Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) floating dead. They decided to escape the spot before they were found at the crime scene.
However, Charlotte realized that her bracelet was left stuck to Jack’s body. Danny and Charlotte may consider sneaking back to retrieve it. Unfortunately, the body has already been removed. As such, there will be fear that the item discovered with the dead body and Charlotte’s involvement may become known. In such a condition, if Danny reaches out to Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) to get help, it may dissolve the disagreement between them.
2) Shielding Scout’s interest and relationship

Just like Charlotte, Scout Cain (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) may be another character who can bring the broken friendship back together. While Scout is Danny’s half-sister, she is Rocco’s friend and is currently confiding her problems to him. As such, Rocco knows the issues Scout is struggling with, and how she is trying to reconnect with her extended family.
Danny also wants to have his sister in his life but Scout’s father, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has put a restraining order on Danny. If Rocco can convince Danny to help solve this problem and save Scout from loneliness, Danny will be grateful to his friend.
3) Fighting the common enemy, Drew

Drew is a common enemy for both boys. Drew has taken out a restraining order against Danny to stop him from interacting with his daughter, Scout. Rocco can see how lonely she is because of Drew’s decisions.
In retaliation, Danny and Charlotte are already planning to create fake evidence Drew in an attempt to take the former politician down. Elsewhere, Rocco may consider looking for other ways to stop Drew’s atrocities. The best friends could plan to collaborate for this common goal.
4) Investigating Jack’s death mystery

As General Hospital fans know, Danny and Charlotte escaped the pool after discovering Jack dead. However, Charlotte left her bracelet on the dead body. Soon, Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Drew arrived at the pool and hid the body. As such, if Charlotte goes back to retrieve her bracelt, she won't find the body there.
Jack’s death may take time to come to light. However, Danny and Charlotte already know that the WSB chief is dead. If they do not find the body in the pool, the teenagers may realize that some other people might be involved. Out of curiosity, they may plan to run a secret investigation, and Danny may involve Rocco in their plan.
5) Intervention from Jason and Dante

As a last straw, the two boys may have their fathers pulled in. If Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) reinforces his stance about Rocco’s actions during the WSB Director’s shooting, Danny may be forced to forgive his friend. Jason may help Danny see the good part of Rocco’s actions.
On the other hand, if Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) encourages Rocco to reconnect with Danny, hoping that it would draw his son out of his troubled thoughts, the boys may have another adult pushing them together. With Charlotte and Scout to look out for, the former best friends, Danny and Rocco, may reunite once again.
