General Hospital's current storylines are bringing us loads of drama. However, there are certain elements of the show right now that just aren't making sense. Here are five questions we have about GH's current storylines.

Why hasn't Lulu told Dante about Rocco and Scout's romance?

Lulu (Alexa Havins) smiled when she came home, looked in the living room window, and spotted Rocco (Finn Carr) and Scout (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) kissing on the sofa. That alone was confusing. Why did she smile? Doesn't she know that Rocco and Scout lived together as a blended family with Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) when Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) were a couple? Doesn't Lulu find it odd and jarring that Rocco and Scout are now romantically involved, considering that the teenagers viewed each other as siblings not long ago (even though they aren't biologically related)?

Furthermore, why hasn't Lulu told Dante about Rocco's romance with Scout? She knows that Scout's father is Drew (Cameron Mathison), a man who won't even allow her to spend time with the rest of her family. Shouldn't she alert Dante that their son is involved with Drew's daughter? Perhaps Dante should advise Rocco not to move too fast with Scout. If he does, then Drew will go on the warpath, with Rocco as his next target -- that is, if (or when) he discovers that Rocco and Scout are dating.

Why hasn't Rocco apologized to Danny for his remark about Sam?

Scout apologized to Danny for calling him a thug last week, and she also tried to broker peace between Danny and Rocco. Why didn't Rocco approach Danny as well and apologize to him for saying that Sam would have sent Danny to boarding school if she were alive?

Instead, Dante visited Danny and encouraged him to bury the hatchet with Rocco. Why didn't Rocco reach out to Danny himself? After all, Rocco's remark about Sam was what triggered Danny to punch him in the first place. That's what started the fight. Rocco apologized to Scout, since Sam was her mother as well as Danny's, but the person he really should apologize to is Danny. So what's stopping him from doing that? If he tells Danny he's sorry, then his apology might help to repair their broken friendship.

Why didn't Rocco tell Scout that Drew threatened to send her to boarding school?

Dante and Rocco saw and heard Drew rant and rave at Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) at the gym. He threatened to send Scout to boarding school if Alexis didn't stay away from Scout.

So, when Rocco met with Scout later, why didn't he give her a heads' up and tell her what Drew had said? We know she doesn't like to hear people badmouth her father, and she always jumps to his defense. Rocco is careful not to upset her, which is why he never talks badly about Drew to her. But this is a vital piece of information that she deserves to know about. It affects her future. She needs to know what her father is planning. Rocco should have told her.

Some GH fans even suggested that he should have videotaped the confrontation between Drew and Alexis, and he could have shown it to Scout. We know that Drew is the only parent she has left, but at some point, she needs to find out what kind of a maniac he really is.

What happened to Valentin's interest in returning to ELQ?

About a month and a half ago, we saw an interesting conversation between Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and Jason (Steve Burton) at the Metro Court pool. Valentin told Jason he would like to return to work at ELQ, and he asked Jason to speak to the Quartermaines on his behalf. Carly agreed that it was a good idea, since the Quartermaines would listen to Jason. Jason reluctantly said he would consider talking to them.

Since then, we haven't heard any more about this. This week, Valentin visited the Quartermaine mansion to deliver a message to Danny from Charlotte (Bluesy Burke). He spoke to Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), which would have been the perfect time for him to bring up the subject of ELQ. But instead, they discussed her broken marriage to Chase (Josh Swickard).

Are we ever going to revisit the Valentin and ELQ storyline, or has it been dropped? Is it being put on hold until some of the current storylines wrap up?

Why hasn't Scout told anyone what she witnessed?

One of the most intriguing scenes we saw last week on GH was the scene where Scout saw Ava (Maura West) and Vito (Sam Duffy) leave Drew's house. Vito told Drew and Ava that no one in Port Charles is ever going to hear from him again.

Scout peeked out from behind a wall and eavesdropped on the conversation, but it was cryptic, and she had no idea what it was about. She only knew it was odd and maybe a bit creepy; otherwise, why did she hide and listen in?

It's been a week since we saw that scene, and yet, Scout hasn't told any of her loved ones what happened. Why not? She evidently feels most comfortable confiding in Rocco, so why didn't she tell him?
