5 Questions We Have About General Hospital's Hudson Parker

We're still not quite sure what to think of General Hospital's Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel). While sometimes he comes across as a likable guy, we know there are things he is hiding. Here are five questions we have about Hudson.

Is he a good guy, a bad guy, or on the grey side?

Every so often, Hudson calls an unknown person to update him or her about what's going on with Joss (Eden McCoy) being the new CEO of JJE (Jasper Jacks Enterprises). The last time he called this person was after he had spoken to Carly (Laura Wright). Will we ever find out who this person is and what that person's connection to JJE is? We assume that the mystery person was once a resident of Port Charles. Is he or she someone Joss and Carly trust or someone they regard as an enemy?

Then there was the time that Hudson popped out from behind the gatehouse after Chase (Josh Swickard) had a conversation with Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). Why was he snooping around there, especially at night time? Is he secretly interested in Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and was trying to dig up dirt on her husband?

Brook Lynn and Hudson had a lot of fun when he played peek-a-boo with baby Phoebe. Phoebe was smiling and seemed to enjoy his attention.

The cherry on top was that Chase entered the room and looked annoyed and perhaps jealous that another man was spending time with his wife and adoptive daughter. After all the time Chase has been spending with Willow, knowing it bothers Brook Lynn, it's nice to see him feel like the odd one out for a change.

Hudson has been extremely attentive to Phoebe ever since he first met her and Brook Lynn. Is he Phoebe's biological father? If he is, then how much more time will pass before the truth finally comes out?

Will he approach Ava for answers about Phoebe?

A couple of months ago, Hudson traveled all the way to Oslo, Norway, to track down Ethan (Christian Howard) in a hotel room. He wanted answers about Phoebe's mother, Delilah (Lily Cardone). Ethan told him that Delilah had died from complications with her pregnancy, and he said the baby died as well. Hudson suspected that he had lied. He viciously beat up Ethan, threatening to come after him again if he found out that Ethan wasn't telling him the truth.

Hudson also threatened to make Ethan's mother and his sisters pay for his lie. Mother and sisters? Sounds like he was referring to Holly (Emma Samms), Lulu (Alexa Havins), and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson). Hudson really came across as a dangerous man in that scene, and yet, we saw a gentle and loving side to him when he played with Phoebe. So, what's the real story with this guy?

After Hudson left the room, a desperate and injured Ethan called Ava (Maura West) and begged her not to tell anyone about the baby or his connection to the baby. Meanwhile, Hudson was in the hallway, listening to their conversation, as it was revealed that he'd planted a listening device in Ethan's room. Will Hudson approach Ava and try to get the truth out of her about what really happened to Delilah's baby?

Is he a member of Jax's family?

Since Hudson works for JJE and the identity of his contact person has been shrouded in secrecy for weeks, is it possible that Hudson is somehow related to Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher)? Perhaps his mother is Jax's former wife, Miranda Jamison, or his ex-girlfriend, Chloe Morgan (Tava Smiley)? Jax was romantically involved with many women, so those are just two possibilities.

Or is Hudson the son of Jax's murderous brother, Jerry Jacks (Sebastian Roche)? That is a real possibility, as we've already seen that Hudson is prone to violence when his tempers are flared. If he's Jerry's son, then will he take after his father and become the next big threat to the residents of Port Charles?

Will he eventually be paired with Joss or Brook Lynn?

If Hudson is related to Jax or Jerry, then he obviously can't be paired with Joss, since they would be related as well. But with all of the attention he's been giving Brook Lynn and Phoebe, will he become the next man in Brook Lynn's life?

Now that Willow is having steamy fantasies about him, we wonder how much longer it will be before Chase starts fantasizing about her, too. When married soap characters fantasize about having an extramarital affair, that spells doom for the marriage. After all, when Willow was married to Michael (then played by Chad Duell), she had erotic fantasies about Drew (Cameron Mathison). Now she's having them about Chase.

If Hudson turns out to be a good guy, which we hope he is, then he could be the perfect man for Brook Lynn -- especially if he also turns out to be Phoebe's biological father. Brook Lynn may very well get a happy ending after all, even if her marriage to Chase comes to an end.
