Kai Taylor's former football teammate, Quinn, has been moving in and out of the General Hospital storyline for months. At one time, he was furious with Trina and blamed her for Kai's losing his football career, but all that's changed and he now seems to be Trina's biggest fan. But is he the fan who is stalking Trina and sending her flowers?

5 Arguments Suggesting That Quinn May Not Be Trina's Stalker on General Hospital

1) Very obvious setup and suspect

As General Hospital fans will agree, the camera panning on Quinn (Jequan Jackson) when Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is shown or he being available on an empty road exactly when Trina's car has trouble, are setups that are too obvious and in-your-face. However, the mystery will be spoiled if the stalker exposes himself.

As such, there is a likelihood that the GH writers may be using Quinn's anger towards Trina and his sudden reunion with Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) as a diversion. Making him look guilty keeps the real stalker hidden from the soap's viewers for as long as necessary.

2) Photo editing clashes with loyalty for Kai

The stalker's digital image collage also offers another clue. As fans know, Quinn and Kai are very good friends. Quinn's point of contention with Trina was about Kai's football. He blamed Trina for Kai's disconnect with his game. Even when he later reconnected with Kai, his feelings seemed genuine.

However, the stalker struck out Kai's image from Trina's photos. This points at someone obsessed with Trina, but wanting Kai out of the way. =Moreover, the slashed images of Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) do not add up to Quinn, who knows Trina and Gio are just collaborating friends.

3) The threat fits another kind of mastermind

While Quinn had a very open disagreement with Trina, he likely would not be her stalker. Another creeper may be behind Trina's situation. One of the suspects could be the music executive, Simon Craft (Grady Eldridge). His interest in cultivating Trina's talent exclusively even when Trina performed as a duo with Gio was suspicious. He also continued to insist that she was the real talent here. Another suspect, besides Simon, could be Heather Webber (Alley Mills) who had targeted Trina in the past and may continue to hold a grudge.

4) The setup seems like a trap for Quinn

Quinn might end up being at the wrong place and at the wrong time. After her performance, Trina will end up with a car trouble and Quinn will be there to offer help.

While he may look like a he's following Trina and orchestrating car trouble, he could be the innocent character, manipulated by the real stalker to take the fall in a disturbing situation. Quinn's offer to help Trina could be genuine without any ulterior motive of luring her into danger.

5) Quinn is a non-central, minor character

While Trina has been unaware about a stalker's presence and her own danger, General Hospital fans have been watching the story build up over several months. With the stalker getting closer to his/her plan, the storyline threatens to get scarier. Whether that involves any violence, Trina's isolation or harm to Kai, is as yet unknown.

However, the final revelation may not be a minor side character like Quinn. Quinn's role as Kai's friend and supporter is quite marginal to make him the central villain of a months-long storyline. He may be the pawn the real mastermind uses as the fall guy.
