General Hospital's teenage Charlotte Cassadine recently shocked fans and her father when she tried to set up Drew Cain by using her sexuality. After she was caught, Carly called her dad into the situation.
On Valentin's insistence, Charlotte spilled her plan. Her mother, Lulu is as yet unaware of what her daughter has been up to, including the trap Drew fiasco that has Valentin rethinking everything.

1) The source of distraction during the Spoon Island shootout
In the volatile storyline involving the Spoon Island chaos, many lives were at stake. Since Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) was being held hostage in Wyndemere, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) went there to save her daughter. To help Carly succeed in her attempt, and assuming that their fathers would not want Carly to go alone, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) went to the island.
They then caused a distraction for the agents and guards on Spoon Island by setting off fire crackers from a holiday stash. As the agents got distracted, Carly was helped by Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey). Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) has no inkling that her daughter was this close to the dangerous shootout.
2) The kiss between the cousins
The last week of January 2026 saw Port Charles battling a snow storm. Charlotte and Danny were snowed in at the gatehouse where they made S'mores and shared snippets about their lives. In an intimate moment, Charlotte leaned in to clean off the sweet sticking to Danny's cheek and kissed him. Later, they discussed being drawn to each other and Danny admitted it to his father, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
The teens repeated their kiss again in March before Danny discussed their lineage and connections with his grandmother, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who explained how Danny and Charlotte were related by the Cassadine family tree and were distant cousins. While Jason and Alexis speculated whether a forbidden romance was brewing between the cousins, Lulu is clueless about it.
3) They were also involved in a car accident on Route 91
Over the past several months, fans saw Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) spin out after he and Jordan decided to kiss while Jordan was driving. After assuming Isaiah was "the other driver" who didn't stop to help after nearly being killed, he punched Isaiah. This landed Curtis in prison. A few weeks later, Danny hinted to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) about Brook Lynn's (Amanda Setton) car scratching a guardrail.
Chase dug deeper and uncovered the fact that BLQ was driving on Route 91 when Jordan met with her accident. This turned the spotlight on Brook Lynn, who got universally blamed for letting this slide. However, fans may remember that Danny and Charlotte were also on the same route that night and had some sort of car accident. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) had to rescue the teenagers. Very few people know about the teenagers being on the same road that night, including Charlotte's mother, Lulu.
4) Danny was Charlotte's accomplice while meeting Valentin in the attic
As viewers witnessed after Valentin hid in Carly's attic, Charlotte secretly visited her father multiple times. Initially, it was Carly who had brought Charlotte in to see her father. However, during her successive visits, Charlotte came with Danny, who dropped her at Carly's place. As such, Danny was privy to the secret of Valentin's presence in town.
Charlotte successfully hid from her mother the fact that her fugitive father was in town and that she often visited him. Since Lulu dislikes Charlotte and Danny's friendship, she may blame the latter for this delinquent behavior. Moreover, they were the first to discover Jack Brennan's (Chris McKenna) dead body and Charlotte's bracelet may be on the corpse.
5) Charlotte planned a risky scheme to defame Drew
In a shocking plot twist, Charlotte decided to target Drew and came up with a risky scheme. Unhappy about Drew not allowing Scout to see Danny, the Cassadine teenager planned to trap Drew in a defamation situation by pretending that the former congressman is taking advantage of her. She hoped that an embarrassed Drew may relent and allow Scout and Danny to meet one another.
However, her confidante, Danny, turned on her and asked Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) to stop the mad plan. After the execution failed, a livid Valentin forbade Charlotte to see Danny. However, none of the people who knew about the incident showed the strength to inform Lulu. Unfortunately, Lulu is in the dark about her daughter's crazy plan and the dangers surrounding it.
