Drew Cain is back in action on General Hospital after Nina Reeves attempted to drown him to death by rolling his wheelchair into the lake. After she was acquitted of shooting him, Willow Tait injected Drew with paralytic drugs that she received from Jenz Sidwell. She also tricked Nina into becoming her accomplice, who later injected Jack Brennan with the same drug by mistake.

After Sidwell’s arrest, Willow’s supply of the drug stopped, so she made a deal with Jack. In return for keeping him alive, Jack would help them get dirt on Drew. However, while Jack searched for the Black Box containing the intel, Nina panicked and pushed the chair-bound Drew into the swimming pool.

Gio rescued Drew and took him home where he snuck up on Willow, before Nina and Brennan dashed in. Currently, Drew has agreed to make a deal with Willow, while they each hate one another.

5 Steps GH’s Drew can Take for Revenge on Willow on

1) Expose Willow’s crimes and manipulations

Obviously, best way for Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to take revenge would be to expose Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). Before his presumed stroke, Drew was an elected congressman. Using his past popularity and image, Drew can use the media to his advantage.

He can come forward and explain how he became wheelchair-bound. He may also produce proof that points to Willow as his shooter. He may pull in credible characters like Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) on his side of the argument. This will likely destroy Willow’s political image and even her medical career.

2) Ensure Willow loses Wiley and Amelia’s custody

Drew knows that willow is devoted to her children. As such, the best way to destroy her would be taking her children away. Drew witnessed how obsessed Willow had become when Michael took away their children from her.

Drew may consider sinister ways of separating Wiley (Viron Weaver) and Amelia from their mother. Instead of physically separating them, Drew may consider poisoning the young minds, painting Willow as a bad mother in front of the kids. If he can convince the children to stop trusting Willow, he would be able to drive a wedge in the parent-child relationship that Willow may not recover from.

3) Orchestrate a social and corporate boycott

Since, one of the points in the recent deal between Willow and Drew was about Willow keeping her political position, Drew may not have the political power to make himself heard. However, he may reach out to people he knows to influence their perspective about Congresswoman Willow. His plan may be to bring about an unofficial boycott against Willow.

He may get Elizabeth, his daughter Scout (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) and Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) to onto his side. Since Kai knows that Willow shot Drew, he may be ready to trust his former boss and benefactor. If Drew’s boycott movement takes shape, Willow will lose her public image.

4) Target Nina to disrupt Willow’s life

As longtime GH fans know, Drew and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) have a complicated relationship. In the past, the two had a physical affair which changed into hatred from Nina’s side when Drew started wooing her daughter, Willow. After Willow manipulated her into keeping Drew “locked-in” with drugs, Nina sided with her daughter against Drew. Moreover, believing that the WSB Black Box was missing, a desperate Nina tried to kill Drew by pushing him into the lake.

While Drew has enough reason to hate Nina, she may not be his primary target. However, he may realize that hurting Nina would indirectly impact Willow. As such, he may not touch the congresswoman but may consider going after Nina. Such a situation will likely keep Willow busy protecting her mother.

5) Weaponize WSB against her

Drew warned Willow that her closeness with the WSB could cost her. The former Navy SEAL told her explicitly that the organization would return to backstab her. As fans know, Willow had sided with Jack (Chris McKenna) to get the dirt on Drew.

At the same time, Jack is keeping his side of this deal for his newly-developed romance with Nina. Drew may reach out to other branches of the WSB and manage to expose Jack's corruption. If Jack loses his power and the Black Box contents, Willow will lose her leverage over Drew.

5 Measures That Will Help Willow Retaliate Against Drew on GH

1) Use the Black Box dirt

As mentioned before, Willow let Jack live in return for intel on Drew that can ruin the him. While Nina tried to drown Drew, believing the Box lost, Jack got it back from Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). He informed Drew about all the dirt he has on him, in case Drew tries to hurt Willow.

Keeping true to his threat, if Drew tries any moves of revenge on her, Willow may unleash all the evidence against Drew. If proven in a court of law, the former congressman would end up behind bars again. That will help Willow retain her seat and her children.

2) Leverage her good rapport with Scout

Willow and Drew made a verbal deal about staying quiet about each other’s crimes. However, both may try to ruin the other through indirect methods. If Willow feels threatened by Drew’s actions, she may consider destroying him, particularly if he challenges her relationship with her children.

She may also use a similar tactic on Drew. Since Willow has always been kind to Scout, they share a good rapport. Willow likes Scout and vice versa. Moreover, the congresswoman let Scout have a healthy relationship with her grandmother and half-brother.

Scout is immensely grateful to Willow for this. Willow may leverage this to her advantage by pulling Scout away from her father. This will leave Drew lonely and furious.

3) Lean on Michael and Sonny Corinthos's mob ties

While Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) dislikes Willow, they make a social pretense of keeping peace. Willow may take advantage of this and try to slander her former husband after her divorce. She may pretend that Drew was the culprit and poison Michael against his uncle while painting herself innocent.

Willow may also reach out to Michael’s father and the town’s mob boss, Sonny (Maurice Benard). Longtime GH viewers may remember that Sonny had assured Willow of help whenever she came to him. If Willow asks for Sonny’s help to neutralize Drew, she may have the upper hand over the former congressman.

4) Drain Drew financially via divorce

Drew and Willow are already taking steps to file for divorce. While the exact terms of their prenup are not known, Willow may demand a huge part of Drew’s assets as part of the settlement.

While the congresswoman may not need the money, she may consider this a just revenge on her former husband. Since Drew was a successful businessman before entering politics, he may be valued high enough for the court to grant Willow’s claims. At the end of the divorce, Willow may leave Drew financially weak.

5) Turn the medical narrative in her favor

GH viewers witnessed Drew threatening to expose Willow as his shooter and the one who kept him in a drug-induced paralysis. If exposed, Willow’s political and medical career will be at risk. To counter this, Willow may change the narrative before Drew can attack.

Since Willow has a better image as a caregiver and a politician than Congressman Cutthroat, she is more likely to be believed if she presents Drew as someone suffering from paranoia and dementia after his stroke. As a nurse, Willow could still access to the hospital’s medical records, she may falsify the records or charts to prove her claim that Drew suffered genuine medical stroke. Her stance may ruin Drew’s credibility.
