General Hospital’s Jason Morgan is choosing peace and a life of non-crime over his violent past. While Jason’s son, Danny, is delighted by his decision, his romantic interest, Britt Westbourne, is intrigued. For years, Britt has known Jason as a hitman with a heart of gold as she navigated risky situations herself, as the daughter of the villain, Cesar Faison.
It may take Britt some time to wrap her head around Jason's new life. However, she may continue to depend on him as her savior when facing her own problems. She was seen struggling to accept her fake Huntington’s fiasco while she looks for answers about her brother, Cassius Faison. There may be more troubles awaiting Britt in the coming days when she may need Jason's support and protection.
5 Steps Jason Can take to Help Britt’s Crises
1) Offer love, protection and companionship openly

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) have had an on-again/off-again relationship for years. In the past, they had briefly explored a romance before Jason was forced to marry Carly Spencer as a business deal. Later, Britt was wounded by The Hook killer and presumed dead when Jason was also presumed dead. In 2025, Jason spotted Britt at an airport and tracked her down in Croatia.
Since her return, both Jason and Britt have tried to trust one another. However, danger and violence took precedence as both fell victim to the evil machinations of Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes). With Cullum dead, and Jason exiting the mob, he may offer Britt the long-awaited love and companionship. He will also protect her as he promised.
2) Intercept and expose Anna’s attack plan

Britt recently told Jason about approaching Commissioner Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) for information on her presumed-dead brother, Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey). However, Anna is mentally unwell and is hallucinating the deceased Peter August (Wes Ramsay). Urged by Peter, Anna believes Britt is out to hurt her and her granddaughter, Emma Drake-Scorpio (Braedyn Bruner).
As a reult, Anna wants to finish off Faison’s bloodline. Since Peter and Nathan are long dead and Cassius is reported dead after his encounter with Cullum, Britt is the only child of Faison still alive. However, Britt is unaware of Anna’s intentions and trusts her. But Jason may follow up with Anna and perceptively realize that things look malevolent. As a tactical expert, he may arrive at the right time to save Britt from the attacks of a mentally unstable Anna.
3) Provide a safehouse for security

Now that Jason has moved away from the mob world, he is navigating civilian life anew. As such, he may make new alliances that both Anna and Britt may be unaware about. The astute Jason may unmask the dark truth behind Anna’s pretense of normalcy and grasp the danger ready to befall Britt. He may comprehend the extent of danger since the commissioner has all machinery and skills at her disposal to harm the doctor, if she wants to.
This would likely push the former henchman to hide Britt from Anna. Using his old connections, Jason may provide a safe place for Britt to stay, which may be out of bounds for the commissioner.
4) Help navigate fake illness and medical career

Jason may also help Britt settle into her new life as a healthy doctor who is not going to die. While Jason is trying to find a new career path, Britt is struggling in a hostile GH environment. On one hand, her years of belief about battling Huntington’s was proven false, while on the other, the harsh behavior she showed towards others is coming back to bite hr.
Moreover, skipping town to save Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) has given her a bad rep, which may affect her career. Jason will likely help her adapt to the new reality and deal with the past more prudently. He may advise her to lie low and take the things slowly.
5) Shield from Carly, Danny and the Quartermaines

Jason’s best friend, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) dislikes Britt. However, Jason has asked Carly to refrain from discussing his relationship with Britt, as he would remain quiet about Carly’s romance with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
On the other hand, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) may develop a distaste for Britt, knowing that she sided with and helped Rocco. Jason may step in to help cool things down. He may even urge Danny to acknowledge his relationship with Britt. Moreover, he may convince the Quartermaine family members to accept Britt as a part of his life, which may make her feel some people actually do like her.
