General Hospital's Lulu Spencer has created quite a bit of chaos by publishing an explosive article exposing Congresswoman Willow Tait's misdeeds. Lulu tried to do her due diligence before releasing her piece by recording Jenz Sidwell's interview on her phone, talking with Drew Cain about his take and getting the opinion of Lucas Jones and Elizabeth Webber about treating Drew's stroke.

After the article was released, Britt Westbourne and Harrison Chase chose to side with Willow, although Britt believed the story, unlike Chase. While Tracy reveled in the news, it became clear that this shocking piece can change more lives than just Willow's.

5 GH Characters Whose Lives May Be Upended After Lulu's Exposé

1) Brook Lynn Quartermaine

In a bizarre twist, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) exposed his blind faith in Congresswoman Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) after the explosive article written by journalist, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins). Before he rushed to rescue Willow, Chase accused his wife, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), and her family of forcing Lulu to publish such an article.

A shocked Brook Lynn was wounded by her husband's stand as her grandmother, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), pointed out Chase's loyalty shift. With Chase ignoring the facts, and openly siding with Willow, BLQ has very little chance to rebuild her marriage. This article may act as an eye-opener for her as she sees her husband's true nature and lets him go.

2) Michael Corinthos

Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) was aware that Willow shot Drew and forced her to live in the Q property where he can keep an eye on her. However, he did not know she injected Drew with a paralytic drug, so he has his kids to worry about.

If Wiley (Viron Weaver) and Amelia (Sienna Goerisch) learn about their mother's the truth about their mother, they may be negatively affected. Evidently, Michael wants to shield them from this trauma. As such, he may need to scramble to preserve the status quo in his children's lives. Whether he needs to protect Willow's reputation to do so remains to be seen.

3) Lucas Jones

After recording Jenz Sidwell's (Carlo Rota) interview, Lulu reached out to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) before having a chat with Nurse Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Dr. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis). She learned from Lucas about the strange coincidence of both Drew and Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) being afflicted by similar strokes induced in Willow's house and surprisingly recovering from them.

Since Lucas is not likely to back down from what he said, his position may become precarious if Willow, Drew, or Sidwell want him silenced. This situation may put a target on Lucas's back by the villains, risking his life.

4) Carly Spencer

While Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) may not have any direct connection with Lulu's explosive story, she managed to rub Drew the wrong way after it. As fans saw, she referred to the story and gloated about the exposé as she already dislikes Willow for destroying Michael's marriage and family. She also teased Drew that he had the opportunity to play the victim. However, this enraged Drew since he didn't agree to this narrative.

While Drew may rethink his stance about Lulu's article, he is likely to share his displeasure with his ally, Ava Jerome (Maura West). Between Drew and Ava, the team may direct their annoyance towards Carly. Ava may even consider taking Carly down along with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

While Lulu has always been a courageous journalist, this time her exclusive is challenging some very powerful and dangerous people. On one hand, there is Willow, who can be ruthless enough to shoot and maim when cornered, while on the other is Sidwell with all his mob connections. Added to this is the corrupt former congressman Drew Cain, who can be callous and brutal with his enemies.

Lulu set herself up against the authorities by conducting her interview using a stolen ID card, and she has also managed to enrage the above-mentioned powerful people. As such, she is likely to be in danger. If Willow considers suing, Lulu may end up rushing to the courts to clear her name. Alternatively, if Willow, Sidwell or Drew decide to target her or her family, she may need to fight for her own and her family's safety.
