General Hospital's Brook Lynn Quartermaine is hiding a massive secret, thanks to her grandmother, Tracy Quartermaine, and her current adoption situation.
Brook Lynn drove on Route 91 the night of Jordan’s accident to attend Gio’s performance. Because she had a bit of wine, she had no idea that a car had crashed after she hit the guardrail. She learned about the crash condition much later and suffered guilt. However, Tracy convinced her not to come forward and ruin her future.
On the other hand, in an attempt to teach Congresswoman Willow Tait a lesson, BLQ roped in Lucy Coe to lie to the PCPD. She instructed Lucy to tell the police that Willow was on the same road that evening and also, tamper the GPS data on Willow’s car to prove the point. In return, Lucy asked for Brook Lynn’s Deception shares that the latter had to part with. While Brook Lynn disclosed her actions to her cop husband, Chase assured her that he would let this die down. However, the secret seems to haunt BLQ thanks to Curtis' trial.
6 Scenarios That May Expose GH’s Brook Lynn
1) Lucy’s betrayal and confession

As viewers witnessed, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) made a deal with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) to take Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) down. She asked Lucy to change Willow’s GPS data to show that the congresswoman drove the car on Route 91. She then asked Lucy to visit the PCPD and tell Joe that she remembered seeing Willow at the Quartermaine mansion on the evening of Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) accident.
In return for her favor, Lucy demanded Brook Lynn’s shares of Deception, which the latter gave, leaving her own grandmother furious. However, Lucy found Brook Lynn siding with the newest board member, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson). Although, Lucy brought in her daughter to help her take over the company, she may think of exposing BLQ out of spite, putting BLQ under legal spotlight. While under investigation, Brook Lynn’s movements on the accident night may be revealed.
2) PCPD’s investigation and Chase’s guilt

With an ongoing legal case between Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson), the events of Jordan’s accident may need fresh investigation. If the PCPD investigates all events and every vehicle that moved on the route through camera footage and other evidence, Brook Lynn's car may appear somewhere.
As the PCPD looks more into the case, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) may feel guilty if they look further into the claims against Willow. As such, his guilt may push him to name his wife. As mentioned before, if PCPD starts scrutinizing BLQ, they may find out more about her past movements.
3) Serena’s unexpected backstabbing

Recently, a miffed Lucy called her daughter, Serena Baldwin (Kelly Kruger) to town. While she wanted Serena to help her get control of Deception by cozying up to Michael, Serena agreed as she is broke and needs money. Along with her mother, Serena’s current goal is also to take down the Quartermaine family. While she has started by targeting Michael Corinthos, she may not stay put at that.
There is a likelihood that Serena may try to jeopardize the lives of other Deception members. While Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) may be her bigger adversary, Serena may find Brook Lynn an easier target to attack. She could keep looking for dirt on Brook Lynn. If she gets her hands on any evidence connecting BLQ with Route 91, she may bring it to fore at the earliest.
4) Overheard conversations and stumbling upon evidence

As fans may have noticed, Tracy continues to step in and brush away Brook Lynn’s remorse and guilt. She told her granddaughter to forget about the journey on the road that fateful time. More recently, she helped BLQ make up her mind by pointing out everything the latter stood to lose.
However, every time they talk, Tracy and Brook Lynn are at home. Knowing that the Quartermaine mansion is huge and houses many people, this may be a big risk to take. That includes, Ned (Wally Kurth), Olivia (Lisa LoCicero), Jason (Steve Burton), Danny (Asher Antonyzyn), and more. If someone walks in on them as they discuss matters or overhears the conversation, they may become privy to this incriminating secret.
5) Gio and Trina realizing the truth

As the Ashford family grapples with this huge courtroom drama, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is likely to feel worried about the heated friction between her parents as they dispute to disgrace one another. Since Curtis wants to blame Isaiah for the seriousness of Jordan’s accidental injuries, he may go all out to ensure no one else was traveling on the road on that night.
However, Gio may remember his mother arriving late to his performance that evening. He may also realize that to travel from the Q-mansion, Brook Lynn would have taken Route 91. As he or Trina put things together, they may realize that BLQ was on the same road at the time of the accident. Since Brook Lynn did not come forward with the information, they may assume that she was the real culprit. Whether they consider exposing her or remain quiet for loyalty remains to be seen.
6) BLQ’s regret and liability

Besides others who may stumble upon or work out the fact that Brook Lynn might have been the “other driver” Curtis has been talking about, BLQ herself has been battling waves of guilt. From the time when she learned about Jordan’s accident and realized she was the driver who left the victim on the road, Tracy has been dissuading her from coming forward and confessing her presence. As mentioned before, Tracy made Brook Lynn admit that she may lose her family, reputation and her marriage if the truth leaked.
However, although marginally, but there is a possibility of guilt and regret overtaking Brook Lynn’s psyche. She may lament her actions when she sees the ugly battle between Curtis and Isaiah, pulling in their romantic partners and their families and friends. An anxious Brook Lynn may slip up and inadvertently expose herself. Alternatively, overcome with remorse, BLQ may herself consider coming forward and giving herself up.
