Did General Hospital drop one heck of an anvil on the November 3rd episode when Anna pointed out to Heather that Ace was going to be a teenager soon? Because in the real world, Ace is nowhere near being a teenager and we are not sure we can handle a teenage Ace. A teenage Scout (who we love) is enough of a shock for one year.
How Old is Ace?
Ace is three. That's it. Ace is a three-year-old boy who was born in February of 2023 in the Wyndemere living room and we can all remember it like it was yesterday for a good reason. It was only three years ago. That's it. Please do not SORAS a child who could still be potty training or at least in Pull-Ups if this was real life.
Who can forget amnesiac Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) going into labor in the middle of a Wyndemere hostage crisis with her crazy parents, Heather (Alley Mills) and Ryan (Jon Lindstrom), roaming around ready to kill people. Heather even stabbed Dr. Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) with a hook during the mayhem.
How can that child almost be a teenager? He was a toddler earlier this year when Kevin took him to Ireland to get away from Sidwell (Carlo Rota). That is not a child who should be SORAS'd to a teenager.
What About Amelia?
Amelia was also born in 2023. Remember how Drew (Cameron Mathison) flew off to Greenland to get some bone marrow for a postpartum Willow, forgetting that the mission was also to rescue Baby Ace? Amelia was only SORAS'd to about five or six a few months ago. That's nowhere near being a teenager, so if Ace is almost a teenager, are we looking at another Amelia recast coming?
Maybe GH should focus on aging some of the other children who are a little older in real time. Maybe Georgie can return from Australia to live with Mac (John J. York) and Felicia (Kristina Wagner) and go to high school in Port Charles, since she is only a few weeks older than Rocco (Finn Carr) and less than a year younger than Danny (Asher Antonyzyn). She was born a full four years before Scout (Kayden Brenna Tokarski).

Even Wiley or James would make more sense than Ace, as both were born around the same time in 2018, with James arriving on the side of a road slightly earlier than Wiley. But Ace? No, GH, please don't do it.
