General Hospital's Britt may have accidentally slipped up when talking to Josslyn and revealed something that didn't go unnoticed by the audience. When the March 19th episode ended, fans took to social media, scratching their heads and asking, "Faison had a fourth kid?"

After assuring Josslyn (Eden McCoy) that she wouldn't blab the girl's super spy status to Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), Josslyn had one final thing she had to know. "Did Cullum know your father?" she asked. An annoyed Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) didn't want to talk about her father and insisted to Joss that he was indeed dead.

"The only thing left of him is four kids, his brain in a jar, and my Huntington's," she said. Immediately, we started counting and came up with three. As far as we knew, Faison's only children were Britt, Nathan (Ryan Paevey), and Peter (Wes Ramsey). So, where did this fourth child suddenly come from?

Not five minutes earlier, we may have gotten a hint. When Cullm left Lulu's (Alexa Havins) house, Nathan was clearly spooked. And that is just one more hint that there is more going on with Nathan than meets the eye.

Did Liesl have twins?

When Britt first saw her brother in the hospital last September, she looked at him suspiciously and seemed hesitant to even hug this man who had just returned from the dead after seven years. It was clear that Britt didn't trust this man or this turn of events. She clearly knew something more, but she also settled into life and accepted this man as her brother.

Well, maybe he is her brother — just not the one named James Nathan West. During Britt's time in Croatia or even when she was on the run with Faison a decade ago, did she learn of another brother nobody had ever heard of before? We know that Liesl gave Nathan to her sister, Madeline (Donna Mills), to hide him from Faison, but perhaps she had two sons and one of them did end up with Faison?

That would explain why this man's DNA matched that of the real Nathan West. If Anna (Finola Hughes) didn't run a detailed test, the DNA markers may have lined up enough to be a positive test. After all, Anna would never have known to look for a twin because she didn't know that one even existed.

This would also explain all of "Nathan's" other strange behavior of late, as well as how indifferent he has been about Maxie's (Kirsten Storms) great awakening ever since she emerged from her six-month coma. The "real" Nathan would never have fallen for Lulu or not wanted to be by Maxie's side the moment he learned what happened to her. But this Nathan just shrugged and moved on, rarely giving Maxie a second thought.

If Faison does indeed have a fourth child, our bet is on that child already being a member of Port Charles society.
