On Thursday's episode of General Hospital, we finally learned the identity of Britt's (Kelly Thiebaud) mystery man. His name is Jude Jacks (Wil Traval), and he is the son of longtime GH serial killer Jerry Jacks (Sebastian Roche). Here's what GH fans had to say in response to this revelation.
Alexis was shocked when she heard the name Jacks
Jude sought out Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) for legal representation, evidently because he wants to take baby Phoebe away from Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Chase (Josh Swickard). Facebook fans got a kick out of Alexis' reaction when Jude told her that his father, Jerry, gave her a glowing recommendation — and then Jude added that his last name is Jacks.
"Alexis' face when he said he was Jude Jacks was hilarious," one fan said, adding a laughing emoji.
"The look on Alexis' face when Jude introduced himself said it all!" another fan said.
"Really looking forward to how Alexis is going to handle the Jude situation!" one fan remarked.
Another fan said, "Jude Jacks is Jerry Jacks' son? I can't get over that. NOW this is starting to make sense, because I believe he's the guy on the other end of Hudson's phone calls concerning JJE! If Jude Jacks is dangerous like his father, we are in for a brutal ride! Is it bad to say that I am looking forward to this?"
"I love the new character Jude Jacks and that it's Jerry's son," one fan said. "Love the connection."
"I like Jude. He's very interesting," another fan said, adding a flame emoji.
Not everyone is happy with the Jacks connection, though, as one fan commented, "Connecting Jude to Jerry Jacks doesn't make him any more interesting."
Another fan remarked, "Jerry Jacks has been on this show forever and not a mention of a Jude child. I love how General Hospital just pulls children out of thin air that us who have been watching since the 80s go, wait a minute, since when?"

Jerry Jacks is arguably one of GH's biggest supervillains. He once took many PC residents hostage in the Metro Court, causing Alan Quartermaine (Stuart Damon) to suffer a heart attack that took his life. In another storyline, Jerry poisoned the PC water supply. Here's how some Twitter fans are reacting to his connection to Jude.
"I love that Jude is a Jacks," one fan commented. "It feels natural to me and not just shocking for the sake of being shocking. I think it's a great way to reintroduce the Jacks family."
One fan replied to this post, "Do we think Hudson is Jude's son?"
"I hope Jerry comes back," another fan said. "Now that would be super fun!"

Jason and Tracy are ready to do some digging
When Jude claimed to be not only baby Phoebe's father but also Jerry Jacks' son, Tracy (Jane Elliot) and Jason (Steve Burton) reflected on Jerry's crimes against the Quartermaines. Jason said, "If he really is Jerry's son, then he's going to be a problem." Twitter fans love the fact that Tracy and Jason are determined to find out the truth about Jude.
"I LOVE Tracy and Jason getting a story together investigating Jude," one enthusiastic fan said, adding a few clapping emojis.
"I like what I see," another fan said. "Jason/Tracy helping Phoebe and BLQ."

When Jason and Tracy were talking about Jerry, she made the hilarious remark, "I hate to think of that man reproducing." But her fears are well-founded.
