On General Hospital, Willow Tait’s decision to shoot Drew Cain and then induce stroke-like symptoms with a needle has placed her on a collision course with reality.
What Happened on General Hospital

It was bound to happen, and i was asking myself why it hadn't happened already, but they had to let the drama play out I guess. But how long were the drugs Willow gave Drew, going to last? And then what? Well, now we know what. Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) was clearly riding high on a wave of overconfidence when she basically stood there and gloated about the shooting while she was literally injecting him with paralyzing drugs, but she was banking on Drew (Cameron Mathison) being silenced for good, and we all know that soap opera medicine is anything but predictable.
A Cocktail Of Nonsense

Once that cocktail of meds wears off and the fog finally clears, Drew is going to be the number one witness to his own attempted murder and medical assault, which is a far cry from the life Willow thought she was building.
If Drew tells what he knows to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), this goes from being just another messy family drama to a full-blown criminal investigation, and honestly, Alexis has the legal chops to make sure Willow doesn’t get to hide behind that "Saint Willow" image she’s spent years cultivating. As a former lawyer who has seen it all, Alexis knows exactly how to navigate a nursing malpractice case, and when you add in the fact that this was a premeditated attack, Willow is looking at a very long stay in a very small cell.

Over on X, formerly Twitter, the fans have already started calling her "Nurse Ratchet Willow," and the shock is real because nobody expected the show to turn its most moral character into an attacker overnight.
The Facebook groups are just as divided, with some people loving this "Dark Willow" era because it’s the most interesting she has been in years, while other fans are worried this is a total character assassination that is going to leave her completely isolated from the Quartermaines and Michael.
Is a Quartermaine civil war coming?, if it is, it's going to be ugly because Willow is using her medical training to hurt people, which is a line you just can't un-cross, and once the hospital board and the family find out what she has done, there is really no going back.

If Drew gets his voice back before Willow can finish the job, her entire life in Port Charles is going to crumble piece by piece, so now it is not even a matter of if she gets caught, but just how many lives she is going to ruin before the truth finally comes out. If she is going to stay out of jail, and be the pawn in Sidwell's (Carlo Rota) new plan, then Willow better think fast and think smart.
