Here is your General Hospital recap for Thursday, February 19, 2026, when Wikey told Ric what he knew and Maxie returned to Port Charles.

Dante wasn't sure what to think when a key to Drew's house turned up on Michael's keyring. Why would he hand it over so easily if he knew the PCPD would find damning evidence? Nathan agreed this sounded odd, but the evidence was there, which meant they had to call Michael in for questioning.

Justine thanked Nathan for thinking to check Michael's keys, but Nathan told her Chase deserved the credit for that idea. Justine and Dante decided that Nathan would be the only one to question Michael.

In the Q kitchen, Michael spoke with Ric about the custody arrangement when Wiley ran in to ask when they were headed to his mom's house. Before Michael could answer, the PCPD called and asked Michael to come in for questioning. Michael asked Ric to take the kids to Willow's in his place.

Finally, Wiley was ready, but before they left, he asked Ric if Michael was in trouble. Ric said that the police just wanted to give Michael his keys back. "The keys that Uncle Chase took?" Wiley asked, puzzling Ric.

When Michael got to the PCPD, he told Nathan that Diane was tied up in court and he had no plans to talk without his lawyer there. Ric then called, so Michael asked him to come instead of Diane. "I have a weird feeling I am walking into some sort of trap," Michael said. "You most definitely are, but if we play this right, it's going to be the PCPD that suffers the consequences, not you," Ric told him.

While Michael and Nathan waited for Ric, Justine and Dante looked on. Justine also had a very good question: "How is Michael foolish enough to leave a key that incriminates him on his keyring, especially when we had just questioned him about that exact thing?" Dante noted that he and Nathan also didn't think Michael would be that sloppy.

"From what I've seen, Michael can be pretty cocky. Maybe he got tripped up by his own arrogance," Justine suggested.

Willow adjusted Drew's hospital-grade bed and told him what a big day it was. She would finally have Wiley and Amelia with her. "Despite all the obstacles, it's actually happening. And yes, Drew, you were one of those obstacles. I hate that it has to be this way, but you did not leave me any other choice. I had to do what was best for my children," Willow said.

Just then, the doorbell rang. It was Alexis who was to supervise the kids' drop-off. Willow let Alexis in and thanked her for all her help in getting her acquitted and getting her kids back. All Alexis could do was roll her eyes when Willow threw her arms around the attorney.

Willow said she was happy that Alexis and Ric would be there to ease the tension. Alexis noted how odd it was that she and Ric being in a room together could make things better. Willow learned that Ric and Alexis loathed each other for years, but she didn't hear about the basement ball gag saga from last summer.

Willow was alarmed when Alexis asked to see Drew in order to assess whether he was in any condition for a visit from Scout. Willow hesitated, but decided it would be best to allow Alexis to see him. Alexis wasn't quite sure what to say when she saw Drew, as Willow explained that he blinks once for yes and twice for no.

Willow left the room when she got a text from Elizabeth, so Alexis and Drew were alone together. "You and I have certainly had our issues, but I would never wish anything like this to happen to you," Alexis told Drew. She awkwardly gave Drew an update on Scout.

Alexis suddenly noticed that Drew was blinking wildly. "Are you trying to tell me something?" Alexis asked. Drew blinked once to tell her yes. When Alexis asked if he wanted her to get Willow, Drew blinked, "nooooo." Alexis was confused and wasn't quite sure what to do, so she left, promising she would bring Scout by soon.

Downstairs, Elizabeth stopped by with some Aiden-baked cupcakes for the kids. Willow admitted that she feared the kids would think of her as a stranger, especially Amelia, who was still so young. When Willow heard Ric's car pull up, she ran to the door and took her kids into her arms in tears.

Ric wasn't sure what to make of the oddly tender scene, but he had a big smile when he saw Elizabeth standing by the door. After Willow gave the kids their cupcakes, Willow asked Wiley where his dad was. Wiley said he had to go to the police station because they had his keys. Willow feigned surprise.

As the kids opened their belated Christmas gifts, Alexis returned to the living room and took Willow aside. She told her that Drew seemed agitated and was trying to communicate with multiple blinks. Once Alexis was gone, Willow left the kids with Liz so she could check on Drew.

An angry Willow scolded Drew for trying to communicate with Alexis. She then gave Drew more drugs that would keep him incapacitated.

After dropping off Wiley and Amelia, Ric finally made it to the PCPD and sat with Michael as Nathan started his questioning. Nathan mentioned that Michael told them he did not have a key to Drew's house when he questioned him last. He asked if Michael stood by that statement. Ric instructed Michael not to answer that before asking Nathan to cut to the chase.

As soon as Michael heard that they found a key to Drew's house on his keyring, he said there had to be some sort of mistake. Ric asked to speak with Michael privately for a moment. Nathan just wanted Michael to answer the question, so Ric waved Justine in. She asked Nathan to leave, so Dante told Nathan to go see Maxie.

In the interrogation room, Ric pointed out that the PCPD had no proof that Michael put that key on his keyring, nor did they have proof that Michael used the key to get into Drew's house the night he was shot. Ric claimed anyone in the Q house could have put that key on the keyring. "We have an eyewitness who recently saw someone handling Michael's keys who had no reason to...It was one of the PCPD's finest. Officer Harrison Chase," Ric said.

In Maxie's house, Mac was trying to get the kids to behave when Felicia walked in with their mom. Mac took her in his arms and then tried to make sure she was comfortable on the couch. Spinelli ran into the room and was disappointed to know he missed Maxie's grand entrance.

Brook Lynn and Chase brought Bailey Lou into the room, but James wanted someone else. He couldn't wait for Maxie to see his dad. James also got Cody to tell his mom about his new riding skills. Maxie thanked Cody for being there for James while she was in a coma.

When the guests dispersed to other rooms, Maxie stood alone, looking at the "Welcome Home" sign that her kids made. That's when Lulu walked in and the two BFFs reunited at last. They noted how much they now had in common as coma twins. "You wake up in a hospital bed and realize that time doesn't stop and everyone has gone on with their lives," Lulu said.

"I'm so lucky to have you in my life. You are such a good friend, Lulu," Maxie said just as Brook Lynn appeared. She told Maxie that there was a surprise for her in the den, so Maxie left the room. Brook Lynn and Lulu were finally alone to talk. Lulu knew Brook Lynn was judging her, so Brook Lynn offered her opinion.

"I don't think that you should tell Maxie that you and Nathan have feelings for one another, unless you've acted on them," Brook Lynn said. Brook Lynn was surprised to hear they had kissed once, but she had no plans to tell Maxie. "Right now, Maxie needs the support of all her friends," Brook Lynn noted.

Maxie and Spinelli finally had a moment together. She thanked him for being the glue that kept their family together while she was away. Spinelli noted how complicated the situation was and told Maxie she could take her time figuring things out. Maxie then decided to take a walk because she needed some fresh air.

When Brook Lynn and Chase got home, Brook Lynn could only talk about the kids and Bailey Lu. She and Chase admitted they'd miss having Bailey Lu around, prompting Brook Lynn to tell her husband that she was ready to adopt. They even got Alexis there in moments to start the process.

As for Maxie, she ended up at the cemetery, where she saw Nathan alive for the very first time since 2018.
