On the Friday, July 10, 2026, episode of General Hospital, Carly got an earful from Lulu, Josslyn was overconfident, Anna shouted at Liesl, Jack covered for Willow, and Chase really stepped in it. Again.
Josslyn Takes Charge

Valentin walked into Josslyn's office with flowers. She asked if he had stolen them from another patient. Valentin noted that she wasn't surprised to see him, as if she knew he had been released. Valentin told her that he was informed he'd be shipped back to Steinmauer, but the next thing he knew, all the charges had been dropped.
Valentin was confused until he saw the WSB statement claiming Ross Cullum was a hero. That's when he knew that Josslyn had negotiated his release. He thanked her for giving him his life back and asked her why she did it. Josslyn admitted that she was trying to protect her mom. She couldn't be charged with aiding a fugitive if Valentin wasn't one.
As Valentin tried to leave, Josslyn stopped him and asked him to give a message to Anna Devane. Later, Jack stopped by. He was surprised to hear that Valentin had been released, but Josslyn assured him that he wouldn't be with Carly for long. Instead, she sent him straight to Anna.
Anna Looks For Answers

Anna opened the door to Liesl, who wanted her help. Liesl explained that Cullum was really a double agent and an "evil psychopath." Anna heard the whole story of Faison's final project, as well as Britt, Liesl, and Cassius' involvement. She finished with, "My son has been killed and now his name is being tarnished by a WSB cover-up."
Anna didn't have the stomach for this, reminding Liesl that she had just spent the last six months in a mental institution and couldn't even entertain WSB conspiracies at the moment. Liesl finally got Anna's attention when she told her that Cullum held her in the same room where Anna had been held.
This intrigued Anna because she'd just spent months listening to doctors tell her that she hadn't been held captive at all and had a psychotic break. "If you have proof of what's real, then you have to show me," Anna said. Liesl did as Anna asked and drew a picture of what the room looked like. Anna was relieved "to have my version of the events confirmed."
Liesl grew uncomfortable as Anna went on and on about all the bad things Cassius had done. She was sure he was the one who was holding her captive. Liesl insisted it was Cullum, but Anna knew him as a well-respected agent, so she found that hard to believe. Liesl said they'd have to go ask Josslyn.
Anna didn't want to do that just yet, but Liesl insisted she would clear her son's name one way or the other. After Liesl left, Anna opened her front door to another visitor. Valentin.
A Cousin Catch-Up

Carly welcomed Lulu to her kitchen and told her to just have at it, so Lulu did and immediately asked if she'd put Valentin in contact with Charlotte. Carly tried to defend herself before saying that she did by making Lulu aware of Josslyn's WSB status. Carly continued her story and explained how she had contacted Valentin to help her and he ended up living in her attic for half a year.
Lulu was stunned that Carly let a man who had poisoned him stay in her house all those months. Carly claimed she didn't invite him. He just showed up. Lulu was furious as Carly claimed that Charlotte was always safe when she was at her house to see Valentin. Carly argued that Charlotte was fine, but Josslyn had been shot.
Lulu was glad to hear that Josslyn would be fine, but she then accused Carly of doing all of this because "you needed to keep Valentin in your bed." Carly took offense to that remark, telling Lulu that she didn't know anything about her relationship with Valentin. She also pointed out to Lulu that Charlotte loves her dad.
"You better prepare for a world where Charlotte is going to sneak around and lie to you," Carly warned. Lulu had a warning of her own. Valentin would break her heart as he did to Nina and Anna.
Ethan's Secret

Ava tried to settle in at Metro Court pool, where Ethan was already out of the hospital, lying on his stomach to get some sun. Ethan didn't give Ava much of a break when he asked her to bring him a cocktail with more rum. They sparred back and forth in a flirty way for a few minutes until Ava poured a drink over Ethan's head.
Ethan asked Ava what he had ever done to her except save her life. Ava said he lied to her and asked what he remembered about their time together in the storage room. He didn't remember much so Ava reminded him that he said Phoebe wasn't his daughter. Ethan tried to deny what he said, but Ava didn't buy it.
Ethan admitted that he had made a promise to Delilah and was trying to protect Phoebe.
Brook Lynn Comes Clean

Brook Lynn was playing with Phoebe in the Q solarium when an angry Chase walked in, ready for a confrontation. He put on a smile for Phoebe, but he needed the truth from his wife. After Chase put Phoebe in her bassinet, he told Brook Lynn all about his conversation with Lucy at the pool.
Chase went over everything Lucy had told him as Brook Lynn argued that he was getting in too deep with Willow again. Chase finally came out and asked his wife: "Brook Lynn, were you the one who framed Willow?" Brook Lynn admitted that yes, she did.
Brook Lynn quickly began to defend herself, explaining that Willow was just always around and depending on Chase. She wanted him to see Willow as a person who could do something horribly wrong. "Brook Lynn, you did all of this to separate Willow and me, but instead, you're separating you and me," he shouted.
Brook Lynn grabbed her husband in tears and begged him not to leave. However, she was disgusted and appalled to hear that the worst part of what Brook Lynn did was that she did it to Willow.
Jack For the Save

In the Dawn of Drew living room, Elizabeth smiled as Jack thanked her for the care he got while in the hospital. Nina and Willow praised Jack on his remarkable recovery. They were not happy when Liz said she thought there was a connection between what happened to Jack and Drew.
Elizabeth noted that there was something about two otherwise healthy men having strokes in the same living room just a few months apart that was weird. "I'm wondering if the source for this medical condition is in this house," she said. Willow feigned surprise and Elizabeth bought the whole act, hook, line, and sinker. Liz was sure she hit the jackpot with her environmental toxin theory.
Nina and Willow listened with curiosity as Jack came in with the save, telling Elizabeth that he was working on a WSB classified matter earlier on the day of his stroke and was exposed to a "classified" substance. Willow walked Jack out, but Elizabeth looked as if she didn't quite buy Jack's story.
A New Lease on Life

Joe walked into the PCPD interrogation room to ask Britt some questions. He asked her why she was injecting herself with saline, so she told him it was because she was a "world-class idiot." Britt regaled the story of double agent Cullum paying doctors to give her a false diagnosis and giving her fake miracle meds for years.
Joe was glad to have that cleared up, so he stunned Britt by giving her a file with her release paperwork. She was free to go and live a long life. He even gave her $5 to get started.
