On the Monday, July 6, 2026, episode of General Hospital, Z paid a visit to a very special not-dead person, Britt got news she never expected, and Sonny and Lulu got the surprise of their lives...thanks to Carly.
Rocco and Danny Spar

On Lulu's porch, Danny was glad that Rocco finally acknowledged that he was the one who shot Cullum, but he was still furious. Rocco pointed out that he was trying to save Jason, but Danny claimed his dad rarely needed saving. He then demanded that Rocco come forward and confess.
Rocco said that he couldn't because he had promised his parents and Britt that he'd keep quiet. Danny didn't buy that explanation. Cullum was dead, so what did he have to worry about? Danny and Rocco went a few rounds over why Rocco still felt he couldn't tell the truth, with Danny accusing Rocco of only caring about himself.
Rocco reminded Danny that he took the fall for the lab incident, so Danny claimed Rocco only did it cause he knew his dad was a cop and would get him off. Rocco said yes, his dad would always show up for me. "And mine won't?" Danny asked. "You said it, not me," Rocco replied.
Lulu's First Surprise

Inside, Charlotte asked Lulu to help her dad, so Lulu asked if Charlotte had been in touch with her father. Charlotte admitted he had been in Port Charles since he escaped last fall, but tried to keep Carly's name out of it. Lulu wanted details, but didn't get many before she heard the ruckus outside with Danny and Rocco.
When Lulu heard Danny order Rocco to tell the truth, she said that nobody was telling the WSB anything. After an angry Danny walked away, Lulu asked Rocco who told Danny it was Rocco who shot Cullum. Charlotte admitted that she did. Lulu and Rocco had some words for Charlotte and her big mouth.
Rocco and Charlotte argued for a bit before Lulu told them that she had to go and check on Ethan at the hospital. She took Charlotte with her because she was still furious, which meant Rocco was left alone to his own devices, which is never good.
Thankfully, all Rocco did was sit outside on the porch until Dante came along. Rocco thanked his father for all he had done for him.
Z is Feisty

Z was surprised when Carly demanded he fire Josslyn, noting that she seems perfectly happy with her job. "I've seen a lot in my career, but never has an agent's mommy demanded that I boot their child from the Bureau," he said. Carly figured there was a first time for everything.
Carly did not like Z referring to Josslyn as "Agent Jacks," but Z reminded her that was who she was now. In Carly's mind, Josslyn was manipulated, so that didn't make her a real agent. Carly regaled the story of Jack taking advantage of Josslyn's vulnerabilities and grief to recruit her, but Z was not moved.
Instead, he told her, "That ain't gonna happen," saying this was language that Carly "could understand." All Z got for that was a smack across the face. Z was impressed with Carly's might, but told her that he could have her indicted for assaulting an agent.
Z then went into a speech about what a capable asset Josslyn was. "Highly capable, thinks on her feet, strong, nerves of steel. Now I see where she gets it," he said. Z thought that it was a shame that nobody recruited Carly in her younger years. "Maybe there's still potential. Maybe we can discuss the possibilities over dinner," he said. Carly didn't like that Z was coming onto her, so she turned him down.
Sorry, Uncle Lucas

At GH, Lucas told Josslyn that she didn't have to apologize for being a WSB agent. Joss admitted that she was apologizing because she was ordered to manipulate him. When she defended his decision to move to Wyndemere and kept popping up there, it was all an act.
Lucas was a little taken aback to hear this and told Josslyn that he had enjoyed getting to know her as an adult, but now he looked at her differently. Lucas asked if Josslyn would use him again if she had to. She told him that yes, she would. Lucas had to admit that he would always wonder if anything she asked him was a manipulation.
Josslyn was later happy to see Vaughn, who explained that Z sent him to Port Charles to do cleanup. He couldn't stick around, but had wanted to see Josslyn before he left.
Why is Jenz Not Dead?

In another room, Ethan tried to roll onto his side when Sonny walked in. Sonny told Ethan he went above and beyond when he took a bullet in the butt for Ava. Just then, Ava arrived. She and Ethan both wanted to know how Sonny and Justine managed to subdue Sidwell. "Maybe you can explain why you let Sidwell live," Ava said.
Sonny told Ethan and Ava the story of putting down the gun, but Ava was still disappointed that Jenz was still alive. When Ethan joked about wanting hazard pay, Sonny told him to ask Ava and left. Ava then whipped out the checkbook, but Ethan wouldn't accept her money. Instead, he asked for ice chips.
As Ava walked through the hall to get them, she saw Lucas and sat down. He told her, "Marco died for nothing."
A HUGE Surprise for Lulu, Sonny, Carly, and Charlotte

Outside the hospital, Sonny ran into Carly, where he learned all about Josslyn being a WSB agent who brought down Sidwell and Cullum. The look on Sonny's face said it all. All Sonny wanted to know was how and why. "Because of us and a lifetime of our bad decisions," Carly said.
Lulu parked on the other side of the lot and argued with her daughter about eavesdropping and tattling. Charlotte pointed out that all anyone did was keep secrets around her. When they got out of the car, they noticed a big black vehicle arrive and so did Carly.
Valentin got out, prompting Carly to run into his arms. When they began kissing, Lulu looked on in shock, Charlotte was somewhat surprised, and all Sonny could do was roll his eyes and sigh.
Danny Tries Again

Nina walked into Jack's new room at Turning Wood to find him trying to get out of bed. Jack pointed out that Cullum was dead, so it was fine for him to get back to work. When Jack accused Nina of caring, she claimed she had to make sure he could get the information about Drew to Willow.
Vaughn soon arrived to remind Jack that the WSB would need to be debriefed on everything, including the circumstances behind his stroke. Vaughn also had news for Nina. "The Bureau regrets to inform you that the individual known as Nathan West has passed away," he said. After Nina left, Danny appeared and told Jack that he knew who shot Cullum.
Big News For Britt

At the PCPD lockup, Dante told Britt that he didn't want the WSB to take her to a black spot because he knew Rocco would be hurt. So, Britt suggested he just unlock the cell and let her go. "Let me out. I promise you will never see or hear from me ever again," she begged.
Dante told Britt that she got herself into this mess and would have to get herself out. Dante and Britt went back and forth over whether she really cared about Rocco. "I believe you believe you love Rocco, but Britt, the only person I believe you truly love is yourself," Dante said before leaving.
Britt welcomed Lucas to lockup next. She thought he was going to scold her for taking off with Rocco, but Lucas had some big news. "Britt, you're not dying. You don't have Huntington's. You never did."
Britt was flabbergasted and confused as Lucas explained what Josslyn told him. She overheard Cullum saying he faked the results and gave her fake meds. Lucas could confim this due to the syringe only containing saline. Britt tried to take this unreal news in. For years, she truly thought she was dying, but she was just injecting saline into her body.
Britt began screaming and told Lucas to get out as she tried to process what she had just learned. When Lucas was gone, all she could do was toss things around her cell and cry.
Liesl's Kids

After she calmed herself down, Liesl returned because Lucas had told her that Britt needed her mom. Britt cried as she told Liesl that she had wasted years of her life and done so many terrible things for nothing because she never had Huntington's Disease.
She ranted about all the consequences of the deceit, including Jason now being in an international prison and her relationship with her mother being ruined. As she went on and on, all Liesl could do was cry with joy that her daughter would live.
Liesl assured Britt that she and Cassius would work together to free her and everything would be all right. That's when Nina walked in to tell her aunt and cousin that Cassius was dead.
Elsewhere, Z visited someone in what appeared to be Ferncliff. That someone turned out to be Cassius. Z warned Cassius he would get the death penalty for all he had done...unless he went to work for him and became a WSB agent.
